  Zero if I could!

  Don't stay here! It's dirty, not safe. I bought bleach cleaner and soaked the shower before using. The pillowcase hadn't been washed, had some crusty yellow stuff on it. We checked in and had a quarter roll of toilet paper, no shampoo, no conditioner. Cigarette butts everywhere! Construction crews staying with LOUD partying into the night. Drug deals, drunks and homeless on site. Some guy had crashed his truck and camper and parked it right at the entrance for everyone to view, it was there 3 days. Only thing positive was Mountain Mike's pizza and bar next door.

  Health Hazard! Your money is worth more than this.

  There was a strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking rooms, flies in the bathroom, built up grime and mold in the roof. Its a complete nightmare. This place is not being cleaned! If you do stay here, bring your own sheets and bleach!

  Bad.... Bad.... Bad........

  There are dives and then there are ..... dives. This place is a dive. Decor is Scandinavian RV... minimalistic to the ridiculous... the place reeked of cigarettes......basic amenities are non-existent.... The only thing Motel 6 left on at this dump was the light.....

  Very Pleasant stay

  I really appreciate my stay here, I had no concerns at all. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Santa Rosa on a budget. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay overall and I promised I would leave this survey

  Filthy and Unsafe!

  Filthy and Unsafe! Staff entered room twice without masks putting us at risk of Covid. When I told her no thanks for any services, she waited until I left and went into the room anyway. No towels were left or service, however, my tablet, clothing, and makeup are missing from my bag... I am so happy with my new Amazon camera which gets 5 stars, and how easy it was to see what happened. Staff response was unbelievable, woman behind window was incredibly rude and actually admitted that they went back into the room after I left to "check the fire alarm". My camera didn't seem to catch the "fire alarm inspection" The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and professional. I would give hime 5 stars. Excellent Customer Service from him and thank you! I cannot say the same about how I was treated today. I would rather sleep in my car!
