  Very nice

  My wife and I recently moved to Arizona and needed a hotel until our new place was available. This worked out great, close to our new place and the staff was wonderful. This fit our needs perfectly and we would stay there again.

  Friendly Staff - but lacks in areas

  I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Normally Motel 6's are not the nicest places. The Hotel was clean and had wood floors. Staff was accommodating to a point. And housekeeping staff was friendly. The only thing I really did not like was it was noisy at times from trains,planes and a busy road. You had to pay extra for a refrigerator in the room which I thought was crazy. Don't ask for a late check out you most likely will not get it. No breakfast but there is a Denny's next door. For about the same price you can get a better deal at the hotels in Surprise.

  Felt like we were in the ghetto. Drinking outside ,slamming doors. And Sons of Anarchy reving motorcycle engines at 3am. Clerk was flirtatious with customers who brought her food and drinks. Very bad experience stay away.

  It's A "Ok" Motel

  While Staying Here It Was A Bit Noisy. These Walls Or Doors Aren't Very Sound Proof. You Could Literally Hear The Traffic That's Right By The Motel. People Talking Away When Walking Pass Your Room. People Parking Their Loud Mufflers Trucks In The Parking Lot Area. Planes (or jets from the base) Flying Over The Area And Most Of All The Train Everyday And Night. Other Than That The Rooms Are Ok, No Major Damage That I've Seen And The Ac/Heater Works Great. The Bed Is A Bit Hard, Pillows A Tad Soft (bring your own if possible). The Towels Aren't Super Duper Clean (bring your own towels if you can), And Other Than That The Staffs Are Very Nice. They're Very Kind And Helpful With Any Of Your Needs. What Doesn't Work For Us While Staying Is Their Wifi. Even Though We Got A Room Closer To The Office We Got Very Weak Signal (not good at all). Almost Everyday We'll Call And Ask Them About It And They Still Don't Know What Is Wrong With It. But In The Corner Area In The Back...It's Very Strong There. Full Bar! I Highly Suggest When Staying Here Ask For Rooms In Corners For Stronger Wifi And A Tiny Tad Less Loud Traffic And Train Sounds.

  I Paid A Month's Rent For This Piece Of Crap Motel - I'd Rather Pay More For Better

  Paper thin walls and floor, drug deals, drunken fools - a tiny "queen" size bed pushed up against the wall - it SUCKED. I will pay more and get a better motel - single pain windows let all the sound in and out - there were no drawers therefore we had pets so there was no way to keep food from the pets in the room - horrible.
