  Disappointed

  I used to love this place but I'm not sure what happened. Last couple of times I stayed they started price gouging and when I called them out they said it was their new policy. I called corporate and they agreed it was not their policy. Corporate stated that they would look into it...no call back no nothing. But when I went to pay rooms a few days later guess what I was right. But no apologies, no let me fix our mistake. let me give you your money back nothing. No worries I stayed anyways...Im look over it cause I love the place! Last draw was. I booked multiple rooms and paid for them in cash! with all parties standing in front of the manager. ( they made me put each room in different names but he knew I made reservations and we were together) one got locked out and he refused to give me a key. called corporate and they told him I had the reservations in my name on my app and they didn't see a problem with them giving me the key. the attendant refused even with Corporate on phone. I left next day. And corporate nor hotel has apologized.

  Disappointing

  The room is very basic which is okay but didn't have a fridge or safe. The floors were never mopped which made the bottoms of your feet black. There were even muddy shoe marks on the floor after we came back at the end of the day. None of the fixtures had been cleaned in a long time nor had they been moved and cleaned behind. If you want cheap you get cheap. The room smelled like it had been smoked in. The police had to be called to break up some crap going on outside our room.

  Horrible stay

  Howdy First of all, I want to say the staff is wonderful! I was treated by one of the people staying there, he was later arrested. The second day there was people up all night in the parking lot partying and making noise There was marajuna oil all over the table in my room The A/c fan squeaks loudly Not a good stay

  Good for the price

  Clean, maintained, responsive to issues, friendly staff. Swimming pool. Family style Italian restaurant and a convenience store within walking distance. Right off a major highway. Some ameneties available.

  Don't Recommend, not even for price.

  The price was low, and less than a block away from the freeway. The bed was springy, and you could feel them piercing through the bed cushion. The room, and bathroom were clean. Just as we were going to bed, there was this huge turkestan desert cockroach hiding under the bed sheets. I discovered the little roach when I uncovered the bed sheet to go to sleep. That wasn't the worst part. The worst part was after I got over the fact the their was a roach on the bed, I was looking to see if their was any other bugs on the bed. And guess what. There was something else that wasn't supposed to be there. I found some other critter that I can't identify, crawling around near the pillows. After that, I check out, and requested a refund.
