  Good deal if not the most delux

  We were stopping for the night and needed an inexpensive place to rest up for an early start the next morning. The room was clean, the TV and AC worked. The king bed was fine and the bath and shower adequate. Towels a little thin and no Kleenex or coffee maker. No "free" breakfast either but does anyone think that breakfast is ever really free? Anyhow there is a Cracker Barrel across the street. All in all it was certainly OK for an overnight. Don't be scared away by the bad reviews. Oh and by the way, smoking and vaping are exactly the same and should not be done in or near a no smoking room. In front of the room is almost as bad as in the room.

  Rude Front Desk Clerk

  On the afternoon of 8/29/2018 I booked a 2 night stay for my boyfriend. I called the hotel to verify and make sure he had checked in since I had not heard from him. And I was concerned that I would lose out on the first night if he didnt check in. Front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional and when I told him my card is the card on file for the room he got smart with me and refused to connect me to the room and told me I should know what the room number is. Kept repeating that it was 1:30 am and he wasnt going to connect me to anyone . I had to call Hotels.com and he was rude to the customer service representative as well! He should not be in front of the public as a front desk agent. Never been treated so rudely at a Motel 6 Hotel!! Very upset!!!! I personally will never stay at this rude motel! I was even going to book a whole week for my boyfriend not after how I was treated when I called to check on the reservation I booked!!!!!

  Just dont

  I wish that I had read the reviews before I booked this room. To say that its filthy and disgusting would be an understatement. Its after midnight Ive been driving all day and Im just too exhausted to pack up my dog and look for another place, so I will sleep with my clothes on and pray to God I dont catch something. On top of that Im disabled and had requested a first-floor room. Im on the second floor and the clerk was extraordinarily rude. Ive had good experience in the past with Motel 6. This is definitely not one of them. Seriously, go anywhere else it reeks in here

  Unbelievable

  I cant believe I picked this place. Roof is caving in over several rooms. Rain water flooded my first floor room. No concern for guest needs. Very dirty. Bugs everywhere. Moved to three different rooms till something worked. How is this place still standing or open. Never again.

  OK, But WAY Overpriced! Book Elsewhere

  Going to SC for the winter and hoped to get to the microtel where I stayed over last year. Couldn't locate it - I see from my old review that I stayed in Carlisle, PA not Hagerstown - wish I had remembered that! Room is ok but I ended up paying $87 with tax and there are no amenities here. Rude desk clerk. This chain is supposed to offer better value - for same or less money I'd be getting a free hot breakfast at the microtel. I suggest you plan accordingly. It was late so I didn't want to search around so they stuck me on price.
