  We were traveling across country, stopped tired after travel a few days....pimps were lining up for the night...outside room 1 am drugs, women, men RUN the other way Area not great! The towels looked dirty

  Cheap cheap but a have to base

  As we travel around the country we are in a hotel literally every night and this was BY FAR THE WORST. Cheap as hell, 50.00 flat. No flat screen, hot water knob in the bathtub broken, you don't turn it just right and water comes shooting out from the wall, toilet got clogged, went to office at like 6am for a plunger, told me would have to wait for maintenance, so 1030 Comes and housekeeping brings a plunger. 30 minutes b4 having to leave. Office people very very RUDE. There is laundry, and wifi, and is close shopping, food, and gas. We do not recommend and will never stay there again. Oh, and there was a place on the wall next to the bed that looked to poop had been smeared. I mean seriously, housekeepers, do your job and clean.

  Ok place, not very friendly!

  Standard Motel 6, clean, rooms without carpets, bathroom not so good, but free WiFi. But I should have noticed that when I walked in, there was not going to be any "Southern Hospitality". On the desk a big sign stating "WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE" (or someting to that effect, very odd... This morning, I extended my stay be one night and was rather stunned that at 8.15am, the young guy at reception still had the doors locked and only dealt with (paying) custoners through a window! I then wanted some coffee, the first jug was empty (and the whole area was messy!). The second jug gave like three drops at the time, I told the guy at reception that both jugs were empty. I should have filmed what was happening next! The guy came to teh coffee area, opened up the first jug and put the tiny rest of coffee in there into my cup. He then proceeded to tell me that I should continue using the second jug, by pumping and pumping and punping. I told him not to be ridiculous, and left (without any coffee). Customers service at its best, maybe someone should tell him that he is not suited to work in an environment where there are customers...

  Pleasant and Quiet

  As loyal Red Roof customers we have stayed at many across the US. The front desk clerk Joyce was extremely friendly and helpful. She had a great attitude and provided an excellent customer experience. The hotel is under new ownership and there have been some cosmetic improvements ie: lobby. The room was spacious and clean and had a desk workspace. The WIFI worked great as well. As an added bonus there was complimentary continental breakfast which was simple but the choices also provided healthy options which I prefer. Yogurts, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, oatmeal and breads and bagels with cream cheese. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Joyce and give Toby a

  clean rooms-quiet-even tho near freeway-good price---our chi luved it too--no fridge or micro -wave--plenty of shelf room n storage space-clean beds---A/C in theat room works but needs sum tlc.overall pleased with deal.
