  The Florida Project!

  The check in was fine. The room was just what you expect. No Frills. The shower was great except the water pressure was non existent. Unfortunately there were two groups of people with what seemed like 10 children running wild screaming. The two rooms these folks rented had their doors open, towels and clothes hanging on the railing and a general disregard for anyone else. Not the Motel 6's fault I guess but it was a real life Florida Project (see the movie)

  NEVER Again!

  If you want a good nights sleep, dont stay here. We have stayed here before and decided to give it once last chance. We will not be back to this location again. The only plus side was the lady at the front desk was super nice. That was where it stopped. The bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned. The beds are rock hard. The heater didn't ever get warm and we had it up as high as it would go. The security latch was broke. People were slamming doors all night and yelling. In the previous stays we had similar problems. Heater didn't work, there were roaches, and there was water leaking from the ceiling. So done with this location. Next time we go to KC I will gladly hand over $100 + a night for somewhere we can actually get some sleep.

  Your average Motel 6.

  Conveniently located right off of the interstate on a frontage road, close to a convenience store. Could have done with more food options within walking distance, but it is right by a shopping mall. The bathroom floor was a bit untidy when I checked in, and one of the days I was staying the cleaning person did not come by until well after 5pm and asked about cleaning it. I thought that was a strange time to come; since I was checking out the following morning I told her it was best to skip it that afternoon. The internet worked fine; there are a free option and a paid option. The room could have done with a fridge and/or microwave oven to make for more cheap meal options, but I made the reservation knowing it did not have those. Most of the non-handicap parking near the rooms was far away from a considerable portion of the rooms where people would be staying. They could use a bigger parking lot with more spaces closer to the front area; I just don't know how feasible that would be to provide in a renovation.

  Excellent Service

  My experience with this hotel was awesome. When I checked in I was extremely tired after driving for 20 hours but Angie was beyond amazing. She was extremely helpful from start to finish. She had to be the most enthusiastic and energetic front desk person I have met. Because of Angie this motel has definitely earned a repeat customer.

  Good budget motel

  The motel has free parking. My check in went quickly. There is a swimming pool. The rooms have outside entries. Free wi-fi is provided. My room had everything I needed. I got a good night's sleep and my requested wake up call. The check out was quick and simple.
