  ***WARNING*** ***WARNING*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND I CAN NOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!! It's all started the day of check in remind you it's home coming Weekend for k state so there was no place else to stay but hell for $60-$70 per night how bad can it be bad it all I can say now I debated on writing this review because the problem was kinda of rectified unfortunately right before check out is when I discovered the problem.I was placed on a room (324)were the facilities were gross and very uncomfortable I asked to move that same night and was told that there was no room available and I would be the first to be called if something came up not the case after I complained that morning they stated that housekeeping would be there. Okay perfect we come back after a long day of being out I asked the front desk Clark about the availability he started that had open rooms let him check with his boss and he would call us in a few. We are now back in the room and guess what looks the same the bathroom , so now I proceed to call and ask for a change asap because of not being able to use the bathroom. He says let me come to take a few pictures and I get you moved. He comes up takes pictures of the inside and outside and says yeah I'll move you guys in 5Mins. He actually moved us in 5 mins Thank God For him.We were Finally comfortable.The next morning Today comes time for check out they hand me my receipt and it appears that someone paid cash for on my bill (I used my card) So I asked for the manager and he goes to tell me that they made the person who switched your home had to pay that out of his pocket . I'm looking around like are you serious I start to explain like I have photos of the things inside the room and ECT and this man should not have had to come out of his pocket for anything. Prit Patel (General Manager ) then attempt to get loud and mad he then proceeded to walk from behind the desk as my husband comes in the door and proceed to ask me who I'm talking to.This could have been a happy ended until the end piss more excuess for management and owners.

  Dont stay here

  Night clerk was clearly on drugs. (Came in at 11pm, dude had his sunglasses on, and it took ten minutes to check me in, as he was completely out of it.) Very skeevy, and I was sure to triple-lock the room. Then I had to spend the night without heat, as the HVAC unit was screaming loud. (Fan bearings were shot.) Spoke to the morning desk person about the no heat. Turns out they knew about it! No apology. Finally the entire motel reeks of cigarettes. I guess they arent a smoke-free establishment, which is uncommon.

  Very good service. I received e-mails asking if I needed anything. The food was very good. Room was clean and I had a choice of 5 different pillow styles and firmness. My only issue was the noise. People slamming doors, singing in the halls. A car in the parking lot had an alarm that went on for hours. The refigerator was noisey. I did make it through the night. Would come back again

  Got room for 4 nights and nobody would even come to change towels or clean the room, WIFI connection is horrible."None smoking room" smelled like a smoking room anyways.Price is ok if one like to stay in places like that

  We were traveling from Colorado to Tennessee. Just needed something simple for the night ! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Was a great price so was concerned was going to be horrible. I was wrong. Room was clean, sheets and towels clean, carpet looked new ! Great place for a stop over night !
