  Concerned for personal safety

  Never again! Many of the rooms have individuals that appear to be living there long term - one group was partying in the parking lot, heard a woman screaming that she was going to call the cops because she was being beaten - we were concerned for both our personal safety and the safety of our vehicle. Bedspread was ripped and stained, bathtub was filthy. This is the worst motel that I have ever stayed in .... never again.

  So-so budget motel in Joliet, Illinois

  The motel has free parking. I arrived quite late and had to use the night window which was inside. The night clerk was not in the office and I had to wait over 10 minutes for him to appear. Once he arrived, the check in went quickly. Going to my room, I noticed the property looked shabby. The room was adequate for facilities but was noisy. I got some sleep, but not great. The check out went smoothly.

  Worst stay ever! Rude manager and staff STAY AWAY

  Me and my boyfriend did a early check in afternoon working all night. The lady at the front desk was sleep when we seen her and she was being rude talking with an attitude. We found bugs, pee stains on the bed, dark red stains on the towels and many spider webs. We waited until different staff came ( a manager ) told him and he didnt care, acted like he didnt see anything in the room and told us he wont refund it . It was clearly dead ants on the floor but he acted like he was Stevie wonder and couldnt see it when it was clear as day. Never again I will be calling corporate. Believe the bad reviews this place is horrible and a scam. Pay that extra money for a better hotel. We spend our hard working money just to get it taken. They need to fire the manager! And the sleeping girl on night shift. I wish I wouldve took More pics for proof before I left but it was just so nasty and unsanitary the health department needs to be notified ASAP!!!

  Disgusting and unprofessional

  Stayed at this motel and the guy at the front desk was extremely unprofessional and rude. Also not to mention his dad manages the place is the same way. He sides with his son and does not care about what goes on at his motel. The noise level there is disturbing you have all kinds of people drug trafficking and prostitutes who hang out there all times of the night. Not worth the money because you cannot sleep. There were couples arguing and fighting and police stays there. The rooms are disgusting. There is cigarette burn holes in the comforter sets and sheets. The tub has dirty rings all in it and bugs flying all in the room. The people who have pets there do not pick up after them. I don't see how people don't get sick from all the filthy rooms and germs everywhere there. This place need to be shut down. Need to be under new management and there also need to be some structure. I wish I got names after they lied there wasn't no manager. Again don't waste your time here you would be disappointed.

  DONT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Driving across country and needed to stop to get some rest. DO NOT GO HERE. I was truly scared. We walked into the room, and immediately left. Disgusting room, stained bed spreads, ripped and dirty. Doesnt look like the room had been cleaned in 4 years. People standing outside staring you down. People yelling at their dogs to shut up. Never been so uncomfortable in my life.
