  Horrible!!!!

  Beware!!! Do not stay here no matter how cheap it is!! Tv not working- called office to fix it-they did not answer the hotel room phone or the direct number. Called Motel 6 nationwide number who would not help AT ALL. I had to get redressed, just got out of shower, and go to office. Girl at desksaud she had phone on night mode....it was 7:45pm! Thank goodness no one needed anything at night. She had to come twice to fix the tv. THEN the ac started with a terrible ear piercing beeping! Had to call her again!! Room was very hot! Terrible start to our stay, and we havent even gone to bed yet!!!!!

  Typical Motel 6, Dated but Clean

  Check in was nice and easy with a friendly and front desk clerk. Room did have a heavy smell of smoke but we carry room air fresheners for that very reason. Room was however nice and clean with a comfy bed and relatively low noise levels. Room was dated but clean and okay for the one night. Breakfast is not included

  Surprisingly just fine!

  Okay, so a Motel 6 doesn't normally have the best reputation around, but since this was about the only option we had at the moment, we took advantage of it and we're glad we did. Used to stay here way back when it was a Best Western, so we are familiar with the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was. Sure it's a "basic" motel, but that evening we didn't need anymore than just that. They appear to be working hard to upgrade the property and I wish them well. Yes, we'd stay here again - especially if Shoney's remains in business next door!!

  Is one of best motel 6 I have ever stayed in very clean plenty food options right around great view very resnebal price and very professional staff himani patel manager did great job keeping this property up to date thank you

  OK, but not quite as advertised

  January 2020 Room was clean, no smokey or funky smells. Staff pleasant, cheerful, Great price. Microwave, flat Screen DirectTV worked. Heater a bit noisy, but worked and was clean. Laminate type flooring, (which I personally prefer.) HOWEVER, as of January 2020, furnishings bore absolutely NO/ZERO resemblance to the Hillsville Motel 6 website photos and consisted of black shelving, a bed, and waste cans. Period. Bed was comfortable. Since there was no chair or table in the room, I had to plop myself on the bed to eat my take out meal. Very awkward. Pillows were odd, two different sizes and somewhat bunchy/lumpy. This was a typical stopover to catch a few hours of sleep before hitting the road again. My car was jammed/packed from an extended stay elsewhere. The only items I took into the room were a change of clothes, and the very bare minimum of toiletries, my usual. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the next morning that I noticed the sign stating that if I wanted any items/toiletries other than bar soap, (I needed shampoo and creme rinse), I would have to go to the office and ask. I was pressed for time. At that hour (5am) dressing and driving to the office for shampoo, driving back to shower, shampoo, and get dressed AGAIN would take too long. So I did without. Not planning to return.
