  Just be kind

  Checking in witness guest being put out in a rude disrespectful manner! I could only question if I experienced an issue, would I receive that same treatment!? I realize issues occur and situations needs to handle properly not in front of other guest.

  DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR

  Booked this through trip advisor and motel would not accept reservation. Now Im sleeping at a rest area. Buyer beware. Ive stayed at dozens of motel 6 and Ill certainly never again. Staff is terrible. I even had a confirmation number and receipt. Absolute trash. Wouldnt accept active duty military if for reservation. Unbelievable.

  Extremely nice place to stay!

  We drove over 400 miles to see KISS in concert at the Greensboro Coliseum. After arriving Friday night, I jumped online to find a room. We chose motel 6 for its location and super price. Jackpot! This place was very very very clean and updated. The check in lady was fabulous! We stayed two nights for a smidge over 100 bucks. Big tv, comfortable queen bed, lots of towels. Did i mention clean and like new room... Highly recommend!

  Most horrible hotel in the united states

  Do not get a room here!! Rooms are never cleaned even with request. The staff are allowed to party all night. All week we got maybe 4 hours if sleep and yesterday the front desk woman admitted they were partying and dancing she apologized but that's not enough! The india manager dude refused to give us refund. We had no choice but to check out early and his meth head staff sat there and lied about what they admitted to us yesterday. Also I myself was approached by a man asking her if she would like to buy a bottle of stavia(?) First night there a man approached my husband asking if he knew where to score some ice. Staff was alerted in all complaints and failed to do absolutely anything. Now the property manager is refusing to refund us and actually had the nerve to stay that his staff is allowed to stay there and do as they want! We are currently giving motel 6 themselves the chance to right this if they dont in a timely fashion we are going to have spend more money to file a lawsuit on motel 6. This is the most horrible motel we have ever experienced! My husbands job requires traveling all over the untied states, mexico and Canada so we have stayed in alot of different motels/hotels and this by far has been the worst one yet. Do not stay here by any means.

  Do not stay at this place!

  I travel for work all over the world and this is the worst hotel stay. First night a guest approached me and asked where he could score some ice. Then all week I couldn't rest due to the loud partying above me. Complaints were filed with the staff and they done nothing. Then yesterday my wife was approached by a man asking is she would like to buy a vile of some substance and he proceeded to grab her arm she ran back to her room called the front desk and notified them. A short while later she was called to come up front and the front desk woman admitted to her and myself later when I confronted her, that her and follow staff members had been partying and she apologized. My wife said that was really disrespectful and explained how I have to me up for work at 3am. Her response to that was "well that's not my concern". We decided to leave yesterday. Went to get out refund after filing a complaint with cooperate. The manager refused it to us and the same front desk lady changed her story. We then filed a complaint with cooperate again. Shortly after the manager called and left a voicemail only offering a refund of 48.00. No that's not what's owed. We are seeking full reimbursement for at least the 3 days we are not staying there. We are giving motel 6 the chance to make this right by refunding us the total amount due or we will have no choice but to file a lawsuit. We are not their average guests. We are not drug addicts not we will be cheated out of what is lawfully ours. Don't stay at this motel, you are better off camping in a tent.
