  Nice staff

  Hotel was ok but the staff really went out of there way. Room was inexpensive which is what I like about motel 6s. No frills here but can't beat $50 for a bed and warm coffee in the morning. I will continue to use motel 6s in the future.

  Staff was horrible!!!

  I was in town for the holiday to visit my family. I booked and paid for the room in advance, I was just looking for a good price at the last minute and the motel seemed nice enough for $58...it's right off 77 and was very convenient location wise. The man who checked us in was horrible absolutely horrible!!! He was rude to me, made a comment about my husband being overweight and for him not to take a bath cause he doesn't need water splashing on the bathroom floor!!! Who says something like that?????? Then he threatened that if we had anyone visit the property we would thrown out without a refund, I calmly tried to explain that I was simply in town to visit my family and there would be no trouble and he still acted like a jerk. Last time I checked I'm a guest, not a prostitute not a hoodlum, a guest. This guy needs to find another profession if this is his idea of customer service!! Never again, next time I'll pay more for decency.

  This is the worse Motel 6 we have ever been to! We booked it thru booking.com and could not be refunded! Will Never book a room again under those conditions, not sure if that was decision from booking.com or the Motel! Only pictures, which is included in this review, can explain the conditions in room 109 Not only was the room unacceptable, but the cold water and wifi did not work. In addition, door lock did not lock; could only put night latch on! Pictures online and at booking.com are deceptive and definitely do not portray the actual Motel. Do not stay at this Motel!!!!

  Great Value, Great Service

  The staff (including front desk, management and housekeeping) provide great service. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and safe. Its a great value, I'd definitely stay there again!

  Disgusting, scary, pungent smoke odors, holes in bed linens, gross tub

  I've been to plenty of budget hotels but this one was absolutely disgusting. There are more comfortable beds in dumpsters. The linens were full of holes, many cigarette holes. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room they sent me to was reeking of smoke. I was exhausted and tired. I called and they happily sent me to another room but that too reeked of smoke. The tub was disgusting. The TV didn't work right and I had to call the staff to get it corrected. I did not feel safe there. It was my worst hotel experience in my life and I'm old. The staff was nice though.
