  Low price, nice no frills pet friendly rooms.

  Very pet friendly, nice staff, large clean comfortable rooms. If your looking for a good night sleep in a nice clean room with your pet, it's the place to go in Canton TX. Not to mention they are lowest price in town for anything decent.

  The motel is fine for my boys and I for a night. Would not bring my wife here though. Room was fine except it smelled like an ashtray. Luckily I had air freshener in my truck. Very basic room. Good location off the interstate thoug.

  A little disappointing.

  My bed was not at all comfortable and the room was extremely sparse. I found this was not a relaxing overnight stay. Probably will not be back.The location is convenient but it is right off the interstate and I spent a lot of time tossing and turning due to the noise.

  Good Value

  My lovely wife and I decided to stay here during a summer trip in June 2019. I booked online without any trouble. The location is very convenient. The check-in process went smooth and the desk clerks were pleasant. The property was in good condition. Our room was clean and quite spacious. The room tended to have an echo since there are not a lot of items in all that space. In addition to the flat screen TV, there was also a small frig with a microwave. This helps since there is no breakfast offered. The bed was adequate, so our sleep was good. The noise level was manageable. We didn't have any noisy people outside or around us in other rooms. We did not have any security issues. Would we stay here again? Yes.

  Awful experience

  Good: clean, basic no amenities hotel at fair price. Bad: room smelled like smoke. Had to spray entire room with Lysol. After several hours gone it still smelled bad but bearable. No hairdryer, no tissues, no shampoo. REALLY BAD: people in room beside us were playing guitar, singing, LOUD radio. Called front desk. After she called them to be quiet, they started shouting things thru connecting door. Had to call again. Instead of making them leave or calling police, she tried to move us to another room. We didnt feel safe at that point. We shouldnt have to leave at 12:15 in the morning to drive home. I'll talk to the owner and corporate Monday. Totally inexcusable.
