  Won't EVER come back again!

  We came in town to visit our daughter who studies in a nearby school. This was our 3rd or 4th time stay at this property. Never had any issue prior. We only needed a bed and a nice shower for the duration of our visits. We checked-in on the night of Oct 18th, 2018 around 11pm. Got to our room, showered and head straight to bed since we have early morning meetings the next day. Around 1:30am, I started hearing a lady groaning and moaning. Being a light sleeper myself, it was just my luck to be awaken with little noise. The noise comes and goes and I was only able to catnap in between. Around 4am, all of a sudden this lady screamed on top of her lung about someone is dying and asked for an ambulance to be called. I picked up the phone and dialed 0 for front desk. It rings and rings and no answer so I called again. A lady picked up the second time so I explained what happened. The lady told me she was also a guest at the motel. How is it possible I dialed someone else's room if all I pressed on the phone was "0"? Not too long after, we peeked out of our room window and saw two police cars outside along with an ambulance. To make a long story short, it was a case of drug overdose. We made a complaint to the front desk the next morning about how their phone doesn't work and we would like to make a complaint to the manager. The worker took down my husband's number and promised us once the manager gets in, he will give my husband a call. The manager never call us. When we got back later that day, we were locked out of our room which we prepaid months ahead. The workers at the front desk finally got the manager on the phone, but the manager then asked us why do we return if we weren't happy with our 1st night stay. He then told us we are no longer welcomed at the property. A couple minutes later, the manager called back to apologize to us because he finally looked at the camera and saw what happened the night before. Despite his offer for a full refund and free stay, we left. We have never been so humiliated before. There are other hotels and inns less than 30 seconds drive. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

  For the love of god stay away

  Do NOT STAY HERE! Not even for free. My wife and I attempted to check in here, the first thing the manager told us was that they just fired all their employees and that the maid was really old and bad at her job. He told us if our room was dirty we should come back to him and get a new one. We tried to use the key cards but none of them worked in the door, I had to walk back and forth 3 times to the office until finally he gave us a new room and said hopefully this works. It worked, except the room was not the type we had booked. On top of this, the door would not close fully and the blankets were covered in stains, it smelled like someone had just sprayed Lysol in a filthy room. When I told him we were leaving he laughed and said he figured, said to contact booking.com and they would work out the refund with him. The motels response to their request for refund was All the rooms have queen beds, and we apologize for the inconvenience about the keys. We can consider 15% discount on your next visit. Thanks. This place is unclean, immoral and above all unsafe. Do not take anyone or anything you care about anywhere near this dilapidated catastrophe.

  Needed a pet friendly motel

  This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in between the east coast and the west coast. Just because it was pet friendly doesn't mean that it didn't need maintenance and cleaning. I THINK the sheets were clean and the mattress was comfortable but the rest of the bedding was not. A previous occupant had punches a hole in the fiberglass tub and the door leading to the bathroom, the toilet paper holder wasn 't attached and fell out every time and the sink had stress marks along the bottom probably full of germs. It was late in the day and finding another pet friendly was not an option. What a lost opportunity for such a pretty location.

  Disgusting-stay away!

  I almost didnt write this because 1. The front desk overnight worker was very nice and 2. Lets face it. We needed a place to crash overnight. It was 60 bucks. It was available. But the reality is, it is absolutely disgusting inside and out. There is not a chance they are upholding any of the standards for cleanliness in normal times, let alone during Covid. We are now camping and it is astronomically cleaner here than there. I dont think anything but the sheets have been cleaned in months, and even then not even close to well. There were still coffee cup rings on the nightstand, juice on the sink, hairs around the sink, in the tub, on the floor, the towels (which are very minimal in both volume and size) had stains which were on the surface. Everything is falling apart, although the tv looked newer. We wore sandals in the room, the floor was filthy. Everything was filthy except the sheets-thank goodness, because if they werent we would have slept in the car. The whole place is dilapidated, reeks of smoke, and if it werent for the fact that it was 1am and we were desperate for sleep we would have asked to be moved or for our money back and would have left. I would never stay here nor would I recommend it to anyone. I would have taken pictures but we rushed out of there in the morning. We also never complained, just didnt have time and wasnt worth the effort-but for anyone considering staying here-just dont! Especially now, spend the few extra bucks to keep clean and safe somewhere else!!

  Avoid at all cost

  Absolutely filthy throughout. Awful place. Ended up stuck in the snow storm and they wouldnt even clear a minimal area of space. I was on crutches and the whole place was a real hazard. This place used to be much much cleaner, though some of the guests were always of questionable characters. The same day somebody overdosed in the parking lot, which just tipped the ice berg. Never again!
