  Clean, convenient, as advertised

  We had planned to stay in Natchitoches on the way to New Orleans, but the flooding made that impossible. We pressed on to Baton Rouge, and I remembered staying at this Motel 6 back in 1999 when we had to come for a funeral. The room had been updated, Waffle House was next door, everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Hey, it's Motel 6, but I got exactly what I was expecting! Would do again.

  Motel 6 continues to exceed my expectations. Room super clean with a complete remodel. Beds comfortable. Reasonably priced. Extremely helpful staff. Only issue was the charge for wifi. Bigger issue was wifi did not connect in my room & I was only 6 doors down from office. Ended up having to go to office and use my phone from there.

  HORRIBLE/ ROACH INFESTED

  Car broke down in Baton Rouge and all hotels were double priced because of football game . Stayed at motel 6 to avoid 300 at holiday inn . There was Lots of activity in parking lot all night long . And woke up in middle of night to find roaches all over the room . I pulled bed away from the wall and moved the infested night stand to the door . I had no where else to go so I had to stay in room. My ride wasn't going to be able to get to me in time for checkout - I asked if I could stay an extra hour and was told no . I could buy another night . I had to wait in parking lot until my ride from Oklahoma was able to pick me up. I will pay the 300 next time . Hotels should have special accommodations for stranded guest .

  humble, clean, inexpensive, great location ...

  No frills, nice people at the front desk. They seem to care about people and try to help. Great price, great location, and Waffle House is across the parking lot! This is about a block from I-10 and a Cici's and many other inexpensive restaurants are nearby.

  clean

  The lady that checked us in was friendly. The room was clean and simple. The price was reasonable. No coffee pot in the room. But I travel with mine anyway. The bed was comfortable. Got a good night sleep.
