  Its called Service

  Most beutiful exerience i ever had. People working in thid hotel i dont know who they are but i have seen an extra ordinery service in this hotel.front desk was very good,housekeeping was excelent and manager personaly meet me twicw after i checked in and with in 15 minutes i have received call from front desk to ask about room and how m I comfortable with my rooom and everything.That was very good part.I recomand this hotel.

  This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

  The phone did not work. The shower had cracks and dripped. There was mold growing on the wall between the shower and toilet. There was mold on both chairs in the room. One drawer of the dresser did not open. The molding was falling off the wall beside the bed. When we arrived there was broken glass in front of the door. The hotel clerk just kicked it into the parking lot instead of having it cleaned up.

  Awful

  This is the worst, most run down hotel I ever stayed in. Broken TV. Broken outlets. Smoke detector ripped off wall. Stained sheets - yuck! Hard to believe they charge money for this place. Avoid this place at all costs

  AWFUL ! DO NOT STAY!

  We booked a room for 2 nights as we were coming to the Bridgestone Invitational Golf Tournament . All hotels were outrageous in price in Akron with the PGA Golf tournament and the Football Hall of Fame game and induction. I will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER again. Our room was a non-smoking room and smelled of smoke so bad. I went down to front desk to request another room but was told that we would just need to go buy air freshner. The description of the hotel stated is was updated and modernized. The pictures looked decent , that is about it because nothing was decent.The bathtub was DISQUSTING ! I could not sleep all night because of all the riff raff noise throughout the night and early morning. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. The young man at check in was very unprofessional and when I asked him a question he completely ignored me. I could not stay 1 more night. I went to the front desk the next morning at 6 am to let them know we were checking out and not staying the next night. The young lady at the front did apologize for our experience and did not charge me for the next night. We were paying $100 night , definitely not worth trying to save a little $. DO NOT STAY

  Do Not Stay Here

  No tv no internet, bathroom door falling apart literally! Holes in the wall stuffed with toilet paper! Light globe broken and hanging over the bed! No batteries in the smoke detector! Floooring coming up! Night stand priced together(broken)! Cigarette ashes in bathroom floor(non smoking room) stained sheets rock hard beds with springs poking through! Smelled horrible! No lighting outside around the stairs( very dark, dangerous)! They would have to pay me to stay again!
