  Excellent Guest House

  My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room price was very good and our room was perfect for our needs. I think we had the smallest of all of the rooms but this was fine and comfortable. The owners of the guest house (Bill and Charmaine) were really nice and welcoming people and we enjoyed chatting with them and the other guests during our stay. This is a dog friendly guest house and we were able to bring our dog as well who was equally welcomed by the owners as much as we were. Bill cooked a fine breakfast for us on both mornings and gave us the impression that nothing was to much trouble. Bill even taught me the secret to making the perfect poached egg which I tried when I got home and was delighted with the results. The location of the guest house is perfect as well, close to the pier, seafront and good bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway.

  Weekend break

  My husband, twenty year old daughter, dog and myself spent two nights at Mostyn House...Bill and Charmaine, the owners, made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we met them... the accommodation was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was cooked to perfection and nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them...lovely owners who also showed our pooch lots of attention too!   Break

  If your happy staying somewhere were your choices tend to come second,and you'r happy to have your choices made 4 you this is the place to be,eg,it's not what you want for breakfast it's what the BnB owner has informed you what he's cooked for you,!also if you are "comfortable" with sitting around a large table with other guests,and don't mind being forced to make small talk first thing in the morning,if you like your own space and don't like people being forced upon you and your partner,this isn't the place to be,also like someone else commented on,I also found a pet hair wedged in my breakfast,eggs were not perfect,I'm afraid,despite owner boasting about him being a chef,they were uncooked,I think if your gonna be brave enough to say you used to be a chef,you have to live up to the standard,sadly it wasn't,as it states on the sign,you have 2 choices for breakfast,it's either like it or lump it..!! Speaks volumes!I will say it was clean,and I feel over" friendly,...also cheap,but as you know in life you get what you pay for..

  Most enjoyable visit

  Found this place at random whilst searching'dog friendly' in Llandudno. Owners Bill and Charmaine are delightful, friendly, chatty, very welcoming of our Labrador. Good sized front bedroom with ensuite, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast freshly cooked by Bill with a sausage for the Lab.Beautifully situated right at the foot of the Great Orme, 1 minute walk to the pier and beach.Old fashioned hospitality never loses its charm.

  Short Break

  This is an excellent Guest House, bright and clean. Breakfast was super with a vegetarian option which looked delicious. Well located only a short walk from the sea front, shops, pubs and restaurants. There is on street parking overnight which is very convenient. Bill and Charmaine were the perfect hosts and made us feel most welcome. It was my Birthday during our stay and they gave me a card and a beautiful bunch of roses. I would definitely stay here when we return to llandudno and would recommend it to my friends.
