  Es asqueroso nos pusieron en el baluka por no tener habitaciones y encima me reclaman una cancelación. Por ese precio ahí muchas mejores cosas. Ahora encima tendré que discutir con Booking ya que no tengo manera de probar que fui estafado Muy fuerte

  Estuvimos solo una noche y menos mal, por las fotos tenía buena pinta pero al llegar alli, la habitación sucia, el techo lleno de telas de arañas, la mosquitera encima de la cama sucia (marron) y llena de bichos muertos. Nos tocó la habitación pegada a la cocina/recepción/donde duermen los del hotel (que duermen en colchones ahí en medio) intimidad 0, se escuchaba todo y las cortinas de la habitación no tapaban bien los super ventanales. El baño exterior tampoco me gustó nada.

  worst stay ever

  staff were drinking, smoking (smell came into room) and chatting all night right outside the room with friends. dirty room and bedsheets with stains all over. tissues under the bed. there are gaps in walls so bugs get in and lots of mozzies. photos lie- this place looks nothing like the photos. aircon is rubbish. no towels or loo roll provided. worst place ever. I wouldnt take my shoes off to walk around! shower is a pipe on the wall and leaves came out of it. tap in basin doesn't work. don't waste your money! stayed 1 night out of 4 and have checked into a new hotel for the rest of our stay!!

  Worst night sleep in bali

  My girlfriend and I went to Gili Trawangan for a few days and checked into Mosaix bungalows. After it took us a while to find it as it was poorly sign posted. We got taken to our bungalow which looked nice on the outside and the room looked Good when we went in. But that soon changed as the toilet is outside (which tbh was advertised) and the shower was a simple pipe in the wall. So no chance of hot water if you wanted a shower. The sheets where dirty, the filthy fly net above the bed didn't even fit the bed and under the bed must have been no word of a lie at least 10 dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust. Now ee arrived later on in the day so we thought we would give it a go for a night and see what happens. After returning from dinner we had mozzies in the room as the walls of the bungalow had gaps between the panels so all sorts could get in. We turned in for the night and tried to sleep, well we didn't get very far as the walls as I said had gaps and it's right on the street so we had people (staff included) outside chatting and smoking, drinking and playong music out loud until very late. Barely slept that night due to that and when we finally did we where awaken by the mosque down the road at about 5am. Which I have no issue with but i feel it could have been mentioned. We left early the next day and lost all the money we paid as the staff didnt care what so ever about the condition of the room. Stay away from this place if you plan a trip to Gili Trawangan. There are lots of hotels on the island, alot of cheap ones and lots of pricey ones, be careful what you book as the pics do look nice on alot of them but the reality tells a different story, we found a lovely one and loved the rest of our trip. Its worth paying a little extra on accommodation on the island.

  Great for young, down to earth travellers. Locally owned, locally run, this is the local treatment and inside information here. Its a place to crash, but management is incredible and friendly and love to come out and party with you, and its just a bit passed most other accommodations, ensuring a quiet and peaceful sleep. Easy going and relaxed. Its basic, sure, but its enough of you have a little love in your heart.
