    4 star hotel, 10 star staff!

    Hotel has 4 stars, but the staff is a ten! First, to begin with the rooms, they are so clean and spacious. The staff is there for you anytime you need them, to bring clean towels, to clean the room etc. Second, the hotel is very big and has many opean areas where you can sit in the evening and enjoy. The garden is very nice and the pool is very clean, the employees are constantly taking care of the exterior. But, the best thing about Marina Beach are the people who work there, who are so polite and friendly. Always in a good mood, spreading positive energy and being friends with the guests. I have to mention my good friend Jimmy, he made the entire trip so much better and so interesting! He works for the animation team and always thinks of new ways to entertain the guests: fire show, dance, music, beach volleyball, aqua gym and so much more! He is simply the best! Always with a smile on his face and always ready to make some fun! Also, not to forget my friend BIG Hassan who makes sure that you feel good, who will always say the nice thing, and he is a very good person and employee! The guy that works at the beach bar is also a very good guy! With his cool tricks, great cocktails, he makes the day at the beach so interesting and amusing! I have to mention my good friends from the kitchen! They will always bring you whatever you need, make you feel comfortble, they will sing a song to you, they are so nice and amusing. I really enjoyed my time in Hurghada and the days spent with the staff and because of them I would always come back and choose this hotel! I recommend it to everyone!

    It was a great journey here, all staff are very kind and helpful. I like all games and shows its so funny and nice . The rooms is very clean and relaxing. The most thing i like it was animation teams specially juliaa and seif i love them so much , they are very kind .

    As a world traveler not recommend at all!

    I was in hurghada for a diving course. As a world traveler and a pilot Ive been to 102 countries and Ive seen different standards. But nothing any worst comparing to what Ive seen in this place. A receptionist employee presented him self as a hotel manger by the name of (Ahmed atia) is treating the hotel as if its his own village. I had to pay 200 dollars extra for a friend visiting me for a couple of hours. I was asking to meet the manger after I found out he was not the hotel manger and they refused. when I asked a cleaner why they are doing this he replied they are afraid of loosing there jobs I was talked to in a very vaguer way and so unprofessional by that FAKER. When I asked is that how you talk to your customers he replied I didnt insult you YET! I checked out before the end of my stay as it was humiliating and you have no chance to get your rights back. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! FYI: there replay will be protecting there AHMED ATIA

    Vacation in November

    We stayed for 11 days in Hotellux Marina Beach. And we spent all our vacation in good company, excellent and caring staff, made our vacation even more fun and better. Many thanks to the animation team for motivating us to various active events. The food was very varied and delicious. Every day there were seafood and fresh vegetables and fruits. The assortment of the sweet table, oriental sweets changed every day. There are no complaints about the room, everything is working. Rooms are cleaned every day. I will remember a great cocktails at the beach bar. The sea is excellent, 2 types swim enter, from the beach, where excellent sand, as well as a pier where you can immediately swim at depth. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time in Hurghada Even there's so many nice people around with who easy hanging out Enjoy :)
