  Acogedor hotel

  Hotel acogedor habitación amplia y limpia. Desayuno correcto. Parquing bien. Personal muy amable y agradable. El único pero está alejado del centro pero a cambio con el coche es muy fácil poder dirigirte a cualquier parte.

  Good choice

  I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I must say that it was a good choice. The rooms are big, lot of light, maybe I missed some plugs near the bed to charge my phone but for the rest it was good! The buffet is included in the price and is good They have a free WiFi connection that is quite fast. There is also a free parking area in front of the hotel.

  Comfortable chain hotel

  Our bedroom was large with twin beds and comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant as it was the chefs night off and as we arrived after 8pm we did not want to have a buffet dinner which has been in the warming pans for some time. The breakfast buffet was fine, however. As a modern chain hotel the Morada is lacking in any character.

  Very noisy

  We stayed on an overnight here when Germany was having their hot spell. They did not have any air conditioning and it was near or over 90 and very humid. The hotel is located on a very busy street across from a mall and traffic is very loud and noisy. They are also right off of a freeway. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was not comfortable. The breakfast was good.....they do not have a large staff, so you may see the front desk clerk vacuuming, cooking occasionally, working in the kitchen, and doing other duties. There was a large vacation bus that spent the night so the hotel was full of tourists.

  This place is strange in several aspects

  Strange place in several aspects. I will avoid if I can. If it is my decision, never again. Location: residential street in the outskirts of Gifhorn. Reception with reduced staff and reduced opening hours. When I arrived, there was a line of people for check-in, and the service was slow and inefficient. Whenever I left the hotel in the morning, the reception was empty. Maybe due to this, the receptionist demands anyone to pay for the entire stay upon arrival. I gave to the receptionist a company card containing all invoicing elements. Still she had trouble to write a correct invoice, and I had to accept she would make a second attempt later that evening. The receptionist refused to walk 5 meters away from the reception desk to check from the hotel door if my car was properly parked... Unbelievable! She kept just pointing directions and saying you must check yourself. Never in my life was I received like this in a hotel, and I have been in hundreds. In one of the evenings, parking spaces in and around the hotel were taken, and I had to park further down in the residential area. I still have no idea if there is a parking on the back side. The staff has zero concept of customer focus. For example, staff taking care of breakfast do not even say a simple good morning to clients arriving at the restaurant. Breakfast: basic buffet. Often some products need to be replenished (e.g.: scrambled eggs), and it may be slow. The atmosphere is cold. This does not seem to be a hotel, rather a dormitory for professionals. I arrived to my room around 7 PM, and the room was very cold with open windows (this is quite typical in Germany: be aware of spiders and insects inside your room always check upon arrival). Room itself was spacious.
