  Stayed at No 2. Well positioned & quiet. Front security door doesn't lock & furniture very tired. No coat hangers. Clean. Unable to locate garage to park & no instructions as to where it is. Not far from airport. Staircase narrow & shower small - would not be suitable for larger person. Middle of the road accommodation. Don't know if the other town houses are like this one. If furniture was updated repairs done, hangers provided, it would have been quite good.

  Not worth the money

  Location not bad but these apartments are like living in the bad 80s with cheap amenities and tired furniture. Things are falling apart paint is peeling and kitchen has 1 saucepan 1 bowl for mixing or salad its pathetic and I feel for the people who run it. No Foxtel although it is in their amenities. Wifi is patchy and all in all pay extra stay somewhere else! Plus office not manned everyday so could wait awhile to book in which is not ideal. Service is every two weeks so wash your own towels

  Pet Friendly accomodation

  A lovely clean townhouse. Plenty of room downstairs with an open plan kitchen-dining-lounge area, laundry, toilet and a totally secure courtyard - great for a dog or cat (this is a pet friendly place). Upstairs I had the lovely main bedroom (3 other bedrooms available, but locked) and the bathroom - separate shower and bath! A single carp ark outside the townhouse with a locked single garage available for an extra $10. Opposite the Moonee Valley racecourse, restaurants and takeaways available nearby. Easy access (no tolls) to the airport.

  NOTHING COULD BE WORSE.

  I've travelled all over the world and I finally think I've now found the very lowest standard of accomodation right here in Melbourne. After a 9 hour drive from Sydney, I was looking forward to a comfortable stay for a business trip. I'll let the pictures tell the story however right from the moment I walked in, after making a dreadful mistake of a reservation Booking.com (Hopeless organisation), the images started to portray an extremely poorly maintained apartment, that I doubt has had any maintenance in 10 years. The furniture is covered in stains, the floor coverings are also marked, the kitchen is in almost unbelievable poor state of repair, and the shower. oh the shower..... Imagine if you will a shower that with the hot tap fully on, now just dribbles, and when you move the cold tap more than 1mm, the water runs cold, then you're starting to appreciate just how appalling this place really is. When I asked the manager/owner? to take a look, he just shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. When it came to using the pathetic excuse for a kitchen, the fridge was covered in mould, the stove barely worked. Time to iron some clothes - don't even try, as the ironing board completely fell apart, and was more than obvious it had been in this state of disrepair for quite some time. Words almost fail me as to the completely disgraceful state of this property, and like the hide of some people to actually expect PAID guess to accept this. Making a formal complaint to Booking.com was a complete waste of time. I am still considering taking this issue to consumer affairs, the govt dept that can action on your behalf. You have been warned.

  Took my money and never got to stay there!!!!

  Booked online with Booking.com. Before arrival, I received a txt messaged asking for both sides of my credit card and my drivers license in order to check-in. Afraid of identify theft, I told him I would happily show him the cards when I arrive to the hotel in 30min. Arrived at the apartments and was not served. I was unable to check-in and had to stay at a friends place nearby before catching a flight back to Brisbane Still ended up getting billed!!!!!!!!
