  Nice Villa, helpful and kind staff!

  Nice and spacious rooms, heated floors, very nice furniture and an easily accessible location. If given the chance, I would return as it was a very enjoyable stay. Very large ball/conference room with a nice view of the mountains.

  Ignorant staff

  I called so many times the hotel to get additional information regarding the holidays of a foreign group of people. Not only that none of the staff knew their "product", but they also seemed disturbed of the many questions I asked (related strictly to the facilities in the rooms) I would like to highlight that the group is of 10 persons and the budget is not an issue. Called several times, hoping to find other staff that would be more professional; unfortunately, the same attitude.

  An Affordable Hotel in a Fabulous Location

  This hotel is located in a very popular location in the Carpathians mountains. The cabins are spacious but quite dated. The service is spotty and at times non-existent. People are nice but are not trained to the standards expected in the hospitality industry. Food is decent, but nothing to brag about. However, if you need to spend some time in this beautiful location and do not want to spend a lot of money, this place will offer you a spaciuous, clean room. The place is quiet and quaint. The place is good for small conferences, events and weddings.

  Its location is pleasantly quiet Plenty of parking lots You can check-in with your pet The staff is extremely nice The view is breathtaking I would totally recomend it to those looking for some rest after a long day of winter sports or hiking.

  Excellent

  Excellent place. Good staff and very polite. They helped me every time I was there with all my requests. They have implemented Covid measures. They wear masks and gloves every time. The rooms have a good taste and an unique design. The bed is really confortable and I enjoyed the stay. I was there severals time and I organized there my wedding and other events. Everybody enjoyed the place. The food is great.I will definitely come back there as much as possible.
