  Clean, tidy and good value for money

  The room had everything that you need and it all functioned. The rate was good so I could not expect more. Most of all I loved the gardens and space which were beautifully maintained. Thank you for looking after me.

  Beware

  Avoid at any cost. Very beautiful location but thats the only pros Asked hotel for cab to airport. They said they have a taxi stand just at their gate. Surprisingly the rates were pasted on their own hotel wall next to entrance gate. Offcourse it was expensive so i tried booking a government cab. Guess what ? They did not let the cab enter. The taxi union mafia went after poor guy. Then taxi guy asked us to come out 1 mile away from hotel to the main road as he was threatened by taxi mafia at hotel gaye. We were helpless. Asked one of the guy on bike to help my partner who had difficulty walking due to fracture. Taxi mafia came following us from hotel gate and did not even care about my friend and threatened the bike guy if he dared help us and tried hitting him. And these taxi people followed us on bike. They made group and followed our taxi driver to almost 3 kms who had to cancel our ride. We somehow escaped . Beware staying in this hotel as the experience really took my trust away from Goa. Other things about hotel- No toilet paper was provided. Had to go and ask for it at reception. Even after room cleaning next day, they did not provide any toilet paper . Bugs came inside room. The wash basin somehow gave sewage smell. During morning buffet you can see a lot of flies around the table and food. The list continues ....

  Good Times.

  Even with no frills, this place has charm of its own. Log cabins where we stayed were cosy and comfortable. However, since these are situated amidst greenery, one can notice mosquitos around. Quality of service and food is commendable. One is just 50 steps away from the sea and can witness fishermen netting the catch. In the restaurant one service provider deserves a special mention. He is Marcos. Ever smiling, tireless and goes out of his way to oblige. God bless him. We will be happy to come here again.

  Unprofessional

  Rude staff and unprofessional management. Avoid. The hyped place is run by a bunch of suited goons. The only thing going for them is the location. The folks have no idea about hospitality or even basic courteous behavior.

  Good property, great location, good food, service can be better

  Staying currently here. Walked-in and did a booking. The property location is great for us and right on the beach. Around here there are just the few morjim shacks and Burger Factory. Thank god, its not very commercial. Room rate is kind of expensive otherwise as the rooms offered are simple wooden cottages. They are good and functionally great with AC, hot water and clean rooms with fridge. Breakfast is available at the restaurant and good food, Indian and sea food. Service at the restaurant can be better. Room Service is not there and no phone in the room.
