  hermoso hotel para un hermoso lugar

  es un hotel 4 estrellas all inclusive muy cerca del mar con un muy buen trato por parte del personal con instalaciones impecables y una buena relacion precio producto por supuesto recomendaria al hotel y a oludeniz como destino turistico

  Great hotel

  Hotel itself is lovely, theyre struggling in terms of the food due to COVID but are doing the best they can. Rooms were super clean, shower lovely and powerful and all general facilities were fab. My one and only complaint is that I was told off on the last day for not using the food system correctly. Apparently, the team member is meant to keep hold of the plate until youd chosen all your food. I didnt know this and was spoken to very sternly by what looked like the head chef. It would be a good idea to advertise this rule as I didnt have a clue. Perhaps have it on a piece of paper on each table? Apart from this small issue, which was at the end of my holiday, I loved staying here and will definitely be back :) Thank you montebello team!!! X

  Lovely hotel ,Great staff , clean

  We already had our main holiday in august but this was a cheeky week away , after staying in villas for years we were a bit concerned about how they would deal with Covid but they were absolutely amazing hotel was spotless cleaned and disinfected every night , staff were working extra hard and did brilliantly, food was repetitive but standard turkey all inclusive, room were cleaned daily , WiFi was non existent in the rooms only in reception, staff dis the best they could to keep us entertained, it was one of our birthday while we were there and they decorated a table a lunch and sang happy birthday etc just to make it a bit more special , would definitely come again xx

  Worst WiFi in turkey

  Room was a good size,food same every day really,staff all very nice and hard working ,Sam was always there chatting with everyone(nice young man hard working)not very happy the entertainment was stopped because there was only 70 people there,same people watching the entertainment every night,think they cancelled to save money ,only reason I like WiFi is to receive emails as our flight was cancelled whilst in turkey,with no replacement,awful time ,travel republic were useless ,pool was always very clean ,If you were here in July or August I would think there would not be enough sun beds 500 capacity , bout 120 sunbeds,sleep quality not great because of the noisy guests,blocks are like an echo chamber,would I return maybe for a bargain ,reception staff not very good,too much bingo and karaoke ,not enough social distancing ,face masks should have been wore by everyone ,rooms always nice n clean ,sitcom was not great ,beer not the best flat beer and cheap spirits ,

  First Holiday in Turkey

  Hotel is in a great location and just a few minutes to bars, restaurants and the beach. Rooms were a bit small and basic but was kept beautifully clean. The aircon was pretty rubbish, complained once to see if it could be looked at but after maintenance had looked it still seemed to be just blowing slightly cool air into a very warm room. Covid-19 procedures in place, plenty of sanitiser, sunbeds 2m apart and staff wearing facemasks. Everyday it was announced at the pool certain rules, e.g. no towels on beds before 8 a.m. No moving beds into larger groups, no sitting at tables in groups larger then 3, temperatures to be taken when re-entering the hotel and to wear facemasks when you leave the hotel. None were ever enforced. The pool areas were great and lovely views of surrounding mountains. The pool itself was fantastic. Food for me was great, something different everyday and was always hot, but for my fussy wife not so keen on the mains that were served, but saying that did not go hungry. Social distancing of the tables in the restaurant was great but unfortunately at serving counters the clientele totally ignored this and seemed to want to get in front of you or stand right behind you so when you turned around to leave they right in your face. We ate out a couple of times, once in the Secret Garden, this was best and the Lemon Tree, not as good but a little cheaper. Went shopping down the strip a few times, again most people not wearing mask, we did. No pressure to buy from shop owners, pretty laid back and picked up a few things. The staff were very hard working and pleasant to talk to, special thanks to Sammy at the pool and Ali in the restaurant. It was our first time in Turkey and Olu Deniz, its lovely resort and we will certainly try Turkey again.
