  Un dia muy Nevado

  El hotel es precioso,muy buena ubicación cuenta con todo lo necesario para la diversión tiendas, souveniers casino, así que si nieva muy fuerte no tendrás problema en que entretenerte .... pero el servicio de limpieza me dejo muy decepcionada

  Horrible

  Prior to checking into the hotel while parking in the parking garage my daughter and I noticed a car shining its bright lights at us. We didnt know why, but proceeded to our parking spot and got out of our car. Almost immediately we were verbally assaulted by a very large man. It was quite frightening and we had no idea what was going on or why he was yelling at us. We still dont. We were a little bit unnerved but kept on into the hotel. As we were walking through the hallway from the garage leading to the lobby were we noticed the same guy sitting in the ski shop. We said nothing and kept on walking. He came all the way out of the ski shop and began further verbally assaulting us. Calling us names that are very derogatory in nature and inappropriate to repeat on this app. It was at this point that my daughter started telling him to stop. Instead of stopping he proceeded to physically assault her by hitting her in the head with his head. The ski shop worker stood by and did nothing. We were in shock and quickly left the shop and went straight to the front desk. We were visibly shaking, it was terrifying. We told the manager about it who told security and we were told it would be promptly dealt with. They would look at the cameras. By this time we felt afraid to stay at the hotel and told the manager we needed a moment to decide what to do. We had driven several hours to get there and were in town to celebrate my grandsons birthday. It was very surprising how nonchalantly we were treated by management. Im still shocked by this. We were assaulted in their hotel, how could that ever be ok? Two women by a very large man. We were eventually told our room would be comped but by this time we just wanted to get away. I was afraid my car would be vandalized by the man who had previously assaulted us. When I called several hours later to let them know we had decided to stay elsewhere we were informed that they hadnt looked at the camera footage or Perseus it any further. Theres no way I would ever stay at this hotel, ever. If the guests safety isnt their main concern, what is? If youre planning a trip to South Lake Tahoe I hope this review helps you decide who to trust your stay and safety with.

  Straight dump

  Horrible place, rooms are not clean. After they ruined our stay they offered to take 51.57 off the bill which was booked through a booking site online, instead of crediting the card they charged the card the difference on top of what was already paid. Now I have to open a dispute, good thing I kept the receipt. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this place, anywhere but there. If you like to breathe in layers of caked dust this is your place!

  Worst hotel we have ever experienced

  Stay at a different hotel. Don't waste your money here. Dirty, rude, uncomfortable beds, loud crappy air conditioners. They'll lie to you and will not file your complaints, even when it involves your childrens safety.

  Great location and pool

  I was a little worried due to the recent bad reviews but decided to book anyway because of the pool. Im VERY glad we did! Im a little skeptical now of the reviews and kind of wonder if they are legitimate or an attempt to devalue this place. Upon check-in and throughout our stay the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. There is no pull out couch in the king room. They provided us with an extra bed and blankets for our daughter at no additional charge. The hotel is nicely renovated and good value for the rate! Comfortable bed. They do allow smoking so you do smell some smoke at times in the common areas. We got a non-smoking room and it was fine. The shower is huge! The rock pool is really neat and heated. Theres a kids game room. We were there on a Monday night so only the café was open but the food was good and wait staff great. Parking is free with lots of spaces. Very convenient location to heavenly at a good price. They have a ski rental shop right in the hotel which would be very convenient but it was closed the day we were there. We were on the seventh floor facing the lake. It was a nice view but I imagine any view in Tahoe would be great. We also didnt go to spend a lot of time sitting in the room looking out the windows. We will definitely stay here again.
