  Exceptional luxury hotel

  We have adopted the Mayourne as our home away from home in Beverly Hills rather than staying with my parents during this pandemic. Over our several stays (typically when flying in and out of LAX just 25 minutes away), we are continually impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The property is exceptionally well located between three of our favorite restaurants (Sugarfish, Maestro, and Avra) and it is a very short walk from the high end shopping of Rodeo Drive. Recent improvements to the property have given it an even more luxurious feel and every detail is attended to in the guest rooms, from the smallest to the largest. The Terrace Restaurant always offers excellent food and service and the in room dining is exquisite. Overall this is an extraordinary property run by an accomplished group.

  LOVE the Maybourne!

  Great service, great stay! I brought my Frenchie and the staff was wonderful with her as well. Im going back in two weeks. Choosing the Melbourne over the Beverly Wilshire for the third time due to the amazing service and friendliness of the Melbourne staff.

  Pleasant staycation

  Beverly Hills was the choice for my most recent staycation, and The Maybourne was my hotel choice based on proximity to shopping/dining options and price. I have stayed at the property a few time before when it was the Montage Beverly Hills. I think it became The Maybourne in March 2020, although it didn't reopen until August 2020. The hotel is well-located on Canon Dr, within easy walking distance to shopping/dining on Rodeo Dr, Beverly Dr, Wilshire Blvd and elsewhere. The hotel's lobby is undergoing a remodel, so part of it is partitioned off. What's left is a small 2-person reception desk, a table overflowing with beautifully arranged fresh flowers, and a small seating area. The Maybourne Bar was closed during my visit but may now be open. I remember an outdoor restaurant adjacent to the rooftop pool when it was the Montage, but that is no longer, perhaps due to the pandemic. The only open restaurant is The Terrace. The Maybourne is fortunate that part of the property faces the pretty Italianesque Beverly Canon Gardens--the is where the outdoor seating for The Terrace is located. Much prettier than the makeshift outdoor dining areas other restaurants had to set up along the sidewalks and streets. I believe the now-closed Beverly Hills outpost of Thomas Keller's Bouchon Restaurant also faced the Gardens. My room was a Premier King that overlooked Beverly Dr. A smattering of rooms have balconies, mine had a sliding door but only a balcony railing. I was impressed by how muffled the traffic noise became with the windows closed. The room was comfortable, with an L-shaped sofa, desk with proper ports and outlets (although the USB ports did not work), marble and mosaic-tiled bathroom with dual sinks, dual head shower and large tub. The motion-sensored bathroom lights turn off when you're in the shower or loo. Missing item--an alarm clock/bluetooth device. Front desk service was great; I was able to check in quite early and there were Welcome amenities in the room. The hotel offers valet parking for $50-$60 a night. Public parking under the Gardens is $22 a day, even less on adjacent streets. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast at The Terrace. The food was fine, but service at dinner was friendly but sparse. My waiter actually disappeared after the main course, so I was not offered dessert. My bill was presented to me by another staffer. Still, a very pleasant environment when the weather is good. Overall a pleasant stay.

  Amazing location, beautiful facilities, glowing staff

  You can't find a better location in Beverly Hills -- great restaurants, variety of shopping, handy drug stores, fresh food market and anything you need only steps away. Facilities were recently stylishly renovated. Staff is will trained and helpful.
