  Good clean rooms

  The family run hotel offers clean rooms and friendly atmosphere along with a olympic pool. Love the idea that they bring instructors to the pool for swim lessons for children--great idea. Its a good base if visiting villages in the area and close to the caves on the way to kalavrita and feneo. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived set us up with a room that worked for us. will return to the hotel as it is super convenient.

  Decent stay in the middle of the mountains

  Good accomodation in general. Few details could be better. + the pool which is big and nice to have a coffee or a drink at night + the price that i found on the offer + the place + breakfast had a lot of variety - the rooms and the bathroom are not so spacious - the light in the room was very poor - the fridge was small and did not have enough power to keep food fresh - the pool is open to the locals and sometimes may be crowded

  Noisy pool bar

  We stayed there for a night during the high season (August). The room was clean and with adequate space. Furniture and equipment were acceptable, although it is clear they have seen better days. There was a pool that seemed quite popular, but which I did not check for myself. A party was held at the pool bar until sometime after 2 am. It was likely some sort of live performance but given the quality of the music one would be forgiven to assume it was a karaoke party. The music was not only mediocre, but also very loud. This defeated my main aim for staying at the hotel i.e. to get a decent night's sleep before leaving for a hiking trip. Breakfast was adequate.

  Nothing special, half an hour from Kalavryta

  We have visited Mont Helmos after New Year Eve. The hotel is basic, remind us an 80's hotel. The 2 good things we found are that the room was warm even on very cold days and in Kleitoria village there are a couple of good traditional restaurants. Breakfast is average and the rooms are small. Hotel is located about 25-30 minutes from Kalavryta. The staff at the reception was not polite. On the contrary, staff at the bar were very polite and professional. Due to all the above, we found the price we have paid (95 per night) quite expensive, even on the high season.

  Perfect Place to Stay.

  We stayed there for 4 nights and the hotel is perfect with a very relaxing ambience and amazing view. Place is child-friendly. Location is about 5 minutes walk from mini markets and restaurants and bakery. Staffs do not smile often but they are very nice, approachable and helpful. Breakfast is perfect and they offer almost anything you can ask for a satisfying breakfast. The room where we were is tidy and everything is in perfect condition, we had the swimming pool and mountain view area and we love it. It was cool so we did not have to use the air condition, we just left the balcony door open and I did not find even 1 mosquito. Swimming pool is clean and very inviting, my 2 year daughter enjoyed it a lot. It's near the bar so no worries if you get hungry or thirsty while swimming or just sunbathing. The only thing is it will be perfect if there is a place to shower first or at least wash the feet before entering the water. I think the room cleaning is per request but I noticed that they came everyday to our room to take our trash and changed our used towels. My only negative feedback is we were not able to use wifi because it is so difficult to connect so we had to use our mobile networks all the days we were there. But though, I was wondering why because the Netflix works well in our room which needs strong wifi too. It's not a big deal though because we were away from the hotel almost all day everyday. If it is something so important to you, you can always ask the reception for help. Anyway, one thing for sure is that we will surely go back there...
