  Enjoyed my stay here at the Mondrian LA. Upon check-in, I was greeted with great service. The front desk lady was very polite and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name, but I checked in August 25th if that helps! I had the balcony room on the 8th floor. Room was very nice and bed was so comfortable. I spent a lot of my time out on the balcony. I just wish the balcony was a little more private (maybe tint the dividers), but overall, everything was great. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. I don't think they were doing housekeeping daily cause when I stayed there, I didn't see them. But maybe they are doing it less since it's a pandemic right now. But the ladies that were doing housekeeping were very polite as well. Overall, VERY nice hotel. I would stay here again for sure. Maybe the one in Miami next time.....lol! PS: If you love sushi, there's a spot right across the street literally. It's called Katana, so good...plus the location is very close to everything. And don't forget to wear your mask!!!

  Impeccable customer service from a world class hotel

  I first stayed here in 1999 with a very famous band, naming no names, and it was such a sublime hotel, the stuff of dreams! I have always dreamed of coming back and had booked this year. Because of travel restrictions from the UK I have had to cancel my stay. The hotel went out of their way to try and help me re-schedule despite Expedia being really unhelpful, Mondrian management clearly pride themselves on customer service, the kind we do not get in the UK. I've heard this hotel is even better than when I first stayed and I can't wait to re-book for next year.

  Excellent Service and Stay

  I have stayed at the Mondrian for years as will as in other citys, It was clean and the rooms are great, It is like my home away from home. I will be checking in again, in the very near future. Its a little diffrent then normal times as far as in room adminities, but I am sure that will return back to normal soon.

  Best place in WeHo

  This was a great escape even during a weird time! Robert Torres and his team truly understands what hospitality means. The pool is known for its view and cocktails, but if you want an elevated experience, I highly recommend a upgrading to a sky suite - hands down the best view of LA! The hotel is perched on top of a hill and then with a high floor, you overlook Beverly Hills and can even see the ocean during the day. Amazing little spot - will definitely be back.

  My favorite hotel in WeHo. Such a good vibes everywhere. I miss day drinking and the pool parties here during the week prior to Coachella. Staff is friendly and the service is always good and quick around the pool. I can definitely recommend both the rooms and the food and beverage outlets. Can't wait to return.
