  Strongly recommend!!!

  Read of many bad reviews for this hotel and make me worried before. We stay 5 days in this hotel,and I loves the environment thr. The ppl here are helpful,they helped us a lot!! Chelles is abit far from paris, but if u buy a Paris viste pass, you can take the rer or metro unlimited, and it is cheap and easy. But there are 2 premiere classe hotel in Chelles, so dun confuse. The room is clean and the bathroom is ok for me. It is not really bad like what other ppl comment before. Strongly recommend because Chelles is a lovely place, the ppl here is kind, and the environment is fresh!! You can try go to the park, and enjoy your whole day here...sleep...reading...relaxing... Chelles, je t"aime!! If I go Paris again, I will stay here again. Cheap and nice service..:)

  Better than expected ! Good bargain~!

  Having read the reviews we were a little worried . When we reached the hotel , which we took some time to find , and the people there were really super friendly , there are willing to help even if they don't really know where we really wanted to go , this i was reffering to the information desk receptionist. was really glad they told us which bus to take so that we could reach our hotel. But sad to say they though we were going to another Premiere Classe , as Chelles is a big place and i think it's our mistake not telling the enough details . But we manage to find our hotel , stopping at carrefour des déportés , taking the linge 613 bus. The hotel was joined with another hotel. Kyriad Hotel which is more expensive than the premier classe i think. We reach quite early and our room wasn't ready , and the receptionist told us that we could only check in at 1pm. Luckily we met a good women from Jakarta that was kind enough to let us put our baggage in her room. We checked in at 9 pm. It was far more better than what we expected it to be. The room was extremely clean, not spacious but plenty of space for 3 adult.We asked for 3 single bed and we got it. The space wasn't a big issue as we only wanted a place to sleep . We had fresh towels everyday too , and they cleaned our rooms cleanly as requested. The air-con and and water heater works perfectly. About customer service , i would give them 100% . they attend to your every request. We asked for water to be refilled everyday , and we even asked to use their phone so that we could call other hotels , they were seriously very very helpful. just one thing towards the end of our stay , we found out that we could actually walk from the chelles gournay bus station to out hotel , which takes about 20 minutes and that was what we did for 2 days , we enjoyed it everybit as we had to walked through the park and the park was so beautiful .

  Housekeeping Unaccaptable. They won't let you sleep beyond 7.30am.

  We stayed here for four nights with kids in room 028. The housekeeping staff did not change dirty bed sheets, did not clean all areas and missed replacing used items. The housekeeping staff want you to wake up according to their schedule so they will do everything in their power top wake you and your family at around 7.30am including opening your door and slamming doors around you so the whole building shakes and your kids wake up crying. Their are much better budget hotels in this price range around the area.

  So welcoming and helpful

  After a hectic day in Paris we called the hotel to book in late, they were very accommodating and extremely friendly when we arrived. After very helpful locals pointed us to the 613 bus from the station (no taxi's available at 10pm). Everyone is very welcoming and in no time we were in our 2 rooms. The beds were really comfortable and clean (wanted to take the mattress home!!!!). We had a great selection for the continental breakfast, no restrictions and topped up regularly. One of our party uses a wheelchair and it had developed a fault - the hotel asked their service man to look at it - he did an excellent running repair so we could complete our holiday. The station is 20 mins away even with a wheelchair and the park is lovely. Great value, clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

  Many improvements are needed

  This hotel is just not good. We stayed 3 days to visit Disneyland & to visit Paris, and the room was not clean ( dirty carpet, mold in the bathroom ....) when we arrived and wasn't cleaned on the second day. For the time you are staying there (luckily very limited time), it was doable. WiFi didn't work, breakfast was just awful almost nothing to eat, nothing warm, no cheese, no sausage, only packaged jam, honey & butter, dry croissants and some yoghurts, the orange juice was finished and wasn't refilled anymore. Chelles is a very boring location. Too bad that evening the "bar" of the hotel was not open. I would definitely AVOID it in the future.
