  Just fantastic This is our 6th Christmas and New Year here A beautiful inn, and managed by Toni and family,you get the best a great team with the help of Lucy and Elizabeth and staff Delicious and excellent selection of dishes and great wines Our room is cosy and the sauna is an added luxury A garage nearby for the car So perfect

  Perfect place to stay in Bansko

  Hotel: rooms are cozy and clean, towels are changed every day. We enjoyed a very good relaxing massage. Sauna and massage services are optional/ need to be booked 1 day in advance and the spa room is usually given to a group only (you will not meet other guests during your massage and sauna time). Stuff very friendly and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending this place. Next time we are in Bansko, we will definitely choose it again. Thanks for everything

  Best Stay in Bansko

  This review is a bit out of date but just before the Cov-19 outbreak my bf and I stayed here for a few days and it ended up being the best stay we could have had. Before we arrived I called to ask for an early check in which the girl at reception accommodated and evening gave us the option for to bump us up to a deluxe studio in the end liked the original room we had booked and stayed there because the view of the room was amazing and on the second floor it has a really nice cottage feel with the slanted ceiling and wooden decor. Some of the decor was a bit dusty and dated but it felt homey and everything was hygienic and comfortable. Great sleep even though the walls a kind of thin and we could hear others in the rooms next to ours on one occasion. Even the smaller rooms feel spacious and we had everything we needed. Overall it was a quiet time at the hotel and the staff were all so kind and accommodating- it really felt like we were home and there was nothing that we asked for that wasnt okay. We even had our own room service as the hotel is also a restaurant was an incredible kitchen and they were cool with us taking our tea and drinks to the room. All the food was fresh and prepared on the spot so dont be surprised if you have to wait a little bit, which we didnt have to but everything was always so delicious and would be worth the wait. The owner even made us pancakes on our last breakfast which was included in the price and it was 5star. He made each pancake in its own pan and it had chocolate sauce and fresh berries. The place is authentic and so are the people. Will be stay here again in the future and would not be surprised if they keep the same standard even they are fully booked. Thanks to all the lovely staff for making our stay unforgettable!

  Great journey at "Momini dvori hotel"

  Very comfortable suit with great designer's furniture - wood and leather. We enjoyed also the homemade breakfast/ donuts, pancakes with delicoius pumkin jams and honey, cheese and yoghurt / The hotel is situated in the historical center of Bansko, only 10 kms away from Vihren hut where start diffrent ecopaths:to Vihren peak, to Banderitsa lakes, etc..

  Dirty

  Stayed at a studio at this hotel. It wasn't clean, it hadn't been cleaned after someone had stayed there. I found small hairs everywhere - in the sheets, on the bathroom floor. After complaining 2 times, we were moved to a simple room, but the unpleasant feeling remained.
