Overnight StayWe stayed at the Moffat Inn for a night, and everything was great! The staff was very friendly, and offered great advice on the area. The room was very cozy, and a great value for the price! The hotel is on the main road of Niagara-on-the-Lake, so everything is walk able from the hotel. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again and explore the other services that they offer

QuaintGood location in Niagara On The Lake. Nice rooms. Old school. Restaurant & Pub in the basement. Convenient to the stores in the village and all of the Theatres. The front desk has always provided us with wonderful service. Very, very clean. Price is reasonable for the village.

Nice stay overallOur group of two couples stayed at the Moffatt Inn for a one night stay chosen on its rate and location in NOTL as it is on the main street within walking distance of the core. Parking was behind the hotel and there appeared to be plenty of spaces during a busier time. Check in was fantastic with a host who explained the Inn's features in detail. Our fireplace room was clean and although older, everything was in working order with nothing of concern. The pub that is still advertised on the Vintage Hotel website is not open anymore but instead replaced with a sushi restaurant. The morning was a bit disappointing as the lounge coffee was not hot. When I asked the attendant whether it was fresh or not, he replied yes so I explained the situation. He looked at it and realized the warming plate appeared to be off but we opted for the in room Keurig coffee instead. At check out, the printer wasn't functional for my receipt but the attendant showed me the final charge on the computer. Despite those minor inconveniences, we would consider staying here again.

Wonderful Stay.My husband and I did not make reservations as we stumbled upon the Moffat Inn driving through Niagara-on-the-Lake when the crazy weather decided to dump some snow. We decided to spend the night somewhere and get off the roads. The gentleman at the front was lovely and we checked in promptly. He informed me about the services next door at The Prince of Wales hotel and gave us a couple beverage vouchers to use! Needless to say I called and got a couples massage and enjoyed their pool/spa and lounge that snowy afternoon! Once we got back to our room turned the fireplace on and snuggled into our clean comfy bed it was lights out crash sleep! Thank you for a lovely stay!
