  Relaxing break in difficult times

  Stayed in deluxe room with balcony and sea view, room very clean think if stayed again would book a larger room was slightly disappointed couldn't enjoy a coffee on the balcony as no room for a table so never made full use of this. staff friendly & polite, breakfast was continental and delicious, would definitely recommend purchasing the voucher system with restaurant 54 we had a delicious Tapas meal for 2.. All in all despite the restrictions and been in tier 3 had a thoroughly enjoyable break, thank you for continuing to run your hotel in a safe way. May be quite some time before things improve covid wise so wish you every success and all the best in continuing to keep your hotel safe & open for the future

  Very good value for money

  Under current circumstances our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by the both of us. Nice G & T during happy hour and the breakfast was more than adequate and delivered to our room. The place was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at the Mode a number of occasions over the past few years and we will definitely go back.

  Lovely welcome and stay

  Just home after a lovely night away at The Mode in St.Annes . Had a mix up regarding dates that they quickly rectified and also had a free room upgrade to a sea view. (Shame about the weather!) Staff on front desk were really polite, helpful, and housekeeping lady was lovely and chatty too, also checking with us that we had enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend here. Many thanks

  Late getaway

  We decided to have a late gateway and booked the night before. The hotel is very welcoming in a great location and the staff where very friendly and so helpful. We booked a deluxe double and got one on the top floor. Spotless rooms abs bed very comfortable too. Due to covid restrictions the breakfast was delivered to our door with a beautiful selection. Our only regret was we booked one night!

  Lovely Hotel on the Seafront

  Stayed 2 nights and the staff were very friendly from phoning to make the initial reservation, to check in and check out. The room was nice, and they made up a small camp bed for my young son. Nice views if you had a room at the front, but we booked last minute and were at the back unfortunately. Lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar which does a good happy hour. Breakfast was a continental breakfast bag delivered to your room, which I was aware of beforehand. The first morning was great, with toast for 3 of us, aswell as pastries, fruit, porridge pots, and tea. The second morning there was no toast, but only pastries, fruit and porridge for 2, so not much between us.
