    Horrible !

On our floor the carpets were badly stained everywhere (corridor + room). Fixtures in the room were old and hanging down, dust everywhere, stains on the white towels... No wi-fi in the rooms on our floor but only in the lobby. We could go on and on... It was just horrible ! Hotel is approx. 20 minutes by foot to the train station so location is also not good ! The spa wasn't bad but the hours for women were too short. Staff at reception was really nice and spoke a few words in English. We would have never accepted such room if we were in a country where we spoke the language... The staff at reception spoke only a few words in English and we figured communication would be too difficult... We had a booking for only 2 nights and were out most of the time. It was indeed cheap but not worth the price. We had 2 very nice & clean rooms in Hiroshima for the price of this one horrible room ! We would never stay there again !

Decent business hotel with budget rooms.

I only stayed at this hotel because I had to book at the last minute on my trip around Japan. I booked online a single room for 2 nights which cost 10400 yen, so about 50 or 60 dollars Australian a night. I had a hire car so access wasnt a problem and its only a 5 min walk from the Nishitachi just down the street. The hotel is showing its age but my room was comfortable and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful however only a few speak good english, knowing at least a little japanese helps here but isn't strictly necessary. Easy to book online, cheap, reasonably clean and close to town center.

the worst Daiichi Hotel I've ever stayed.

The room fixtures are old and hanging down, carpet and wall are dirty. No wifi in the rooms. The bath tub is stained. Obviously it's never been renovated after its opening in maybe 20-30 years ago. The hotel has two car parks provide plenty of parking space for guest to drive in.

    Good Budget Hotel in Miyazaki

Reading reviews on TripAdvisor, I was expecting the worse but what a surprise! The room was large with 2 twin bed. Room looks like it has been recently refreshed with new wall paper and configuration. The shower was smallish but adequate and well stock with everything one's needs to start the day. There was hot bath facilities although not truly onsen as in the Japanese term. Breakfast was of good quality and adequate choice. Free coffee and gassy drinks near reception. For the price one's pay, you cannot ask for more. As I was there merely to enjoy the Sakura, I hardly stay in the room except to sleep so I am perfectly happy with this facility. I would recommend this to anyone on short stay or a business trip on a Budget.

    Excellent hotel

I am surprised to see some horrible reviews. It was pleasant experience for us. our room has been remodeled and the breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had in Japan. The Ganban-yoku, sauna, was a fun experience. I strongly recommend this hotel!! What a burgain!
