I Love This PlaceThis is the 4th time I stayed at the hotel. It is my favorite place to stay in Tokyo. It's very convenient to Tokyo Disneyland and Odaiba. The rooms are large, the sento is great, and the late night buffet is a good value. The airport limousine service is very convenient (1800 yen)I will definitely stay here again.

Spacious but dated roomSome may disagree with the location (the Tokyo Disney Resort area, Urayasu), however I found the bang-for-buck great. Room was spacious if a little dated. Shuttle to the train station (and Disney Resorts) and a 20 minute easy ride into Tokyo Station. The hotel is a Disney Partner and appears to cater mainly to Japanese and Chinese guests. Natural Lawson conbini in the Lobby was good. Public Bath on 7 with separate Womens area. Smallish bath with no grab-rails. Lots of children around so be prepared if you're not used to lots of screaming and noise. The kids made quite a lot of noise also :) Between this property and Tokyo Bay Tokyu, I found the latter overall quieter, newer and better value. The additional public bath at this hotel is a bonus.

Comfortable and enjoyableWe had quad room with sea view and it was as expected from the photos - spacious and comfortable, wide single beds. The morning shuttle takes abut 30 minutes to DisneyLand and another 5 minutes to DisneySea. Do try to leave early for the parks as the entrance queues build up very quickly from 8am (9am open). On our last day, we had luggage with us as we boarded the shuttle bus for our onward train. The bus was quite full as we were among the last few to board, but we were still able to stand comfortably beside our luggage. There was no shoving or pushing. The next shuttle bus arrived as soon as our bus drove off - earlier than scheduled. We had been worried if we would be a nuisance with our luggage during the peak morning hours, and made inquiry at the reception about alternative arrangement, such as public bus (the bus stop is conveniently on the main road around the corner of the hotel) and taxi. The staff kindly provided the public bus details but encouraged us to make use of the shuttle bus. She raised an eyebrow slightly when we mentioned taxi, possibly because taxi rides are expensive in Japan. I appreciate that she was genuine in her responses. The public bath was the differentiating factor for us choosing Mitsui Garden over her neighbours. We used the public bath every night, after returning from the parks. The water was at an acceptable temperature for the children. Nothing spectacular about the water, but soaking in heated water somewhat relieves the sore muscles. Every night, a mobile food cart stationed itself at the hotel entrance, providing supper option to the hungry, returning guests. Not sure if that was a regular arrangement the vendors had with the hotel. We had fried noodles (okonomiyaki) on one night and grilled chicken (terriyaki) on another - both nights were different vendors. Overall, a very good stay.

Fantastic HotelWe had a Superior Twin for 2 nights to be closer to Disneyland and Disneysea. The room was huge and had comfy beds and pillows. The hotel has a couple of restaurants (which we didn't utilise) and a 24/7 natural lawsons in the lobby. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes over to the parks almost every 10-15 minutes which was very handy to have. We would stay here again.
