  Unsolicited staff. They do not need customers.

  This hotel with a huge terrace, served by the kitchen and bar, does not receive other tourists to consume in their location even if the terrace is empty all the time. Waiters ask you arrogantly if you are staying at the hotel, if not, invite you to leave! I do not recommend this miserable attitude!

  Pros: - location (10/10) - easy to get there - restaurant (8/10 overall or 9/10 if you stick to traditional food) - waiters were polite and tried their best - wifi service was ok Cons: - dated rooms - we had a double room with a twin bed, next to the elevator and stairs, kinda noisy, not the cleanest we've seen, almost no view (added some photos from the room) - understaffed - limited breakfast choices but decent - dirty carpets everywhere The hotel is up for sale which might explain the lack of investments and the lack of staff.

  Excellence service! Wonderful experience!

  Mistral resort it is a very beautiful hotel located just few meters away from the entrance in the Natural Parl of Bucegi mountains! Parking available for hotel guests, 24/7 front desk, good restaurant with good services and very good food, very good housekeeping services (they found the lost iphone of my son, many thanks!!!), very nice atmosphere in general in the middle of the mountains. The most important thing, is that everybody seems involved to help you, smiling all the time and looking very friendly!!! Well done to the management! After this New Year Eve party, the Mistral hotel and also Moieciu de Sus just become our favorites places to the mountain in Romania!!!! Thank you very much to all!!!

  A visit during Coronavirus restrictions

  I spent 2 nights at this hotel with my family and it was good. The hotel have seen better days but it's still a good option for people who like hiking because it's placed right at the entrance of Bucegi Natural Park. What I didn't like: - not every room has chairs in the balcony; - breakfast is poor in quality because has to be packed in a casserole and served in room. Breakfast contained: coffee, 2-3 slices of bread, 2 slices of salami, 1 slice of tomato, 2 slices of cucumber, 3 olives, 2 slices of cheese, 1 frankfurter and eggs. What I liked: - the room was cozy - the staff was polite - the air, the view, the location - plenty of room for parking - you can play pool and ping-pong I think it's a 7 out of 10 and i will gladly come back.

  Near to Parcul Natural Bucegi

  The hotel is located right at the entrance to the Bucegi Natural Park. The rooms are ok. But old-fashioned and old furniture. You have balconies where you can smoke or relax. It requires a major investment. Breakfast is ok. The service staff is a bit lazy and without too much enthusiasm. The restaurant looks ok. The terrace is ok. They have car parking. By and large it was ok. The advantage of the hotel is this natural park which is right at the entrance. Good luck with that.
