  Lovely, friendly hotel in a perfect location

  This is a wonderful small hotel in the heart of Garda. The location is perfect being in the heart of the old town and just seconds from the lakeside. Restaurants and bars are on the doorstep and it's just a few minutes walk from both the ferry and the bus terminals. It is family run and very friendly with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is good and the rooms are absolutely spotless with very efficient air conditioning. We had a balcony to the front of the hotel so were able to enjoy the sunshine in the late afternoon and evening.

  Lovely small hotel

  We stayed here for 11 nights and its well located in sight of the lake and near lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel looks smart from the outside (we noticed it when we were in Garda two years ago) and it is exceptionally clean from reception to the rooms. The owner, Francesco, and his son and daughter seem to work all day, every day and are always available. The room wasnt huge but well laid out with space to move, a really big wardrobe and a nice balcony from which you can see the lake. The bathroom was decent with a sink the size of a small swimming pool! Breakfast was always fresh and similar to other Italian hotels, no faults and quickly refilled if anything ran out. As we drove down we welcomed the free parking as Garda is always busy and parking is a challenge. The car park is around a 750m walk away and underground. This should be a 4 and 1/2 star review, the only issue for us, which may not bother others, is the lack of shutters as the curtains arent black out. Will happily stay here again on our next visit to Garda!

  Sweet family hotel

  Perfect room. Third bed was ideal for 2 big suitcases and a troll. Nice and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Good a/c. Clean. Perfect location. Nice breakfast. Spacios bathroom .Could not ask for more

  Great hotel in the center of Garda

  The hotel is located in the centre of Garda but along a very quiet street. It was only a short 2 min walk to the lake from the hotel. The owners were very polite and helpful. The balcony in our room overlooked the lake which was very nice

  Great place to stay in Garda

  We chose this hotel as it was a short walk to the lake itself, but just slightly back from the hustle and bustle of Garda promenade. In addition, it's a couple of minutes walk to the Garda bus terminal, which gives you great access to the east side of the lake, plus you can get a return ticket to Verona for 8, which is well worth it for a day trip. The restaurants and bars are a very short walk away, you could easily find choices for well over a week. Breakfast set-up was great so you have just enough variety to set you up for a day of exploring or relaxing around Lake Garda. Francesco and his two children, Eros & Giorgia, are great hosts, one of them will always be around throughout the day.
