  Comoda estancia con Mr Justin

  Estuvimos una semana con unos amigos y mi pareja en este home stay y todo de lujo. Justin, el regente, es una humilde persona que te ayudara con todo lo que pueda. Su lema es I m happy if you re happy. Las habitaciones están bien, limpias, cn ventilador y mosquitera. Ademas tendrás una terracita para pasar la noche con los amigos! La mujer nos preparo una gran cena a un precio muy muy económico que estaba deliciosa!

  Didn't want to leave!! Best hotel yet!

  I intended to stay one night, but instead stayed 6! this is the best value for the location ( 3 minute walk from beach) and amenities in Mirissa! For only $10 per night, my own room, comfortable bed, mosquito net in perfect condition, HOT shower with great pressure, and free breakfast made to order every morning. There was no moldy smell, and the furniture/decor in the room was aesthetically pleasing. In addition, Justin, the owner, is the sweetest elderly man. he speaks great English and is always somewhere nearby, keeping an eye on his guests to ensure they are happy. several times I intended to leave, and he would sweetly say, with a look of confusion, "no, you stay." I didn't need much more convincing, as Mirissa is lovely and I was very comfortable. Several days after I had already checked out of the Resort, I crashed my motorbike just down the street. I was injured and covered in mud. I hobbled over to Justin and asked if I could shower. He was more than accommodating, bringing me into his personal home and attending to my needs. I cannot recommend Mirissa Golden Resort enough! I've been in Sri Lanka for one month and this has been my favorite accommodation so far.

  Lovely owner!

  You have everything you need and the owner is soo lovely he will do anything he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is very close to the beach and restaurants. Great value for your money

  Perfect stay

  Had a great time staying here at Mirissa Golden Resort. The rooms are tidy, its on a great location and the man that lives here is very helpful and speaks great English. Next to that it's very cheap. I would recommend everyone staying here if you come to Mirissa. Rick and Anouk 17-12-19

  Wish we could stay more!

  Everybody has different expectations when booking a room. Our was: to have a room where we can keep our luggage while we having tours in the nearby, and having sleep at night. But we definitely got more from this place! The owner and his family are really nice. We checked in very late (03:30 at night) because of our flight, but they welcomed us with a big smile and said that it is no problem at all. The breakfast is perfect for start a day, we really liked the tea what they gave us. Next day we wanted to go on a half day tour. The owner told that his son can drive for us with their Tuk-Tuk. We really liked that! Actually he did it very cheap compared to "Tour specialized companies". He also organised our safari in Udawalawe. They help you in everything you need. The rooms are quite small, but it was perfect for us to sleep. The location is great, the beach and the whale watching harbour is really close, and there are literally a hundred restaurant in 10 minutes of walking.
