  Nice hotel with a great location.

  Modern rooms but unfortunately there is no fridge in the room. The bathrooms need to be redone. The room was nice. The food at dinner was good but there weren't many vegetarian options. The beverages weren't too expensive. There is parking available and a supermarket reachable within 4 minutes foot walk. The sea is about 200m away. I enjoyed my stay there and will come back.

  Outstanding Hospitality

  We were here only for a short visie of 4 days but highly recommend it. Very clean hotel (swimming pool itself can be a bit cleaner maybe) and not the most fancy but soooo relaxing. People are so nice. My daughter and me wanted to change rooms for a double bed and Zandel and both Marinas did their best to have it sorted in no time. Location is perfect and although touristic not overcrowded. Very chill. Breakfast real nice, diner not the best but sufficiënt.

  14 days at half board

  We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, all speaking a range of languages. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant manager and chef were willing to prepare additional vegetarian meals which was a great asset as most of the menu is geared to meat eaters. We enjoyed the multi cultural nature of the holiday makers. There are lots of biking and walking routes. The historic part Labin is definitely worth visiting, although the walk up is steep. We loved Croatia and the laid back lifestyle.

  Last min booking due to TC sad demise

  Last min booking as our planned holiday was lost Some really good points - staff so lovely, helpful, excellent english thank you to all staff Not so good Jet 2 hadnt booked us a room - however staff were so helpful It is a coach trip holiday place - people arrive late afternoon..... they race for evening meal, then so loud at crack of dawn for breakfast ... have to say seemingly all German, without any idea people want to sleep past 7am No bar all day ..... ridiculous !! says open 6pm till 11pm ... no chance .. 10.15 last night when we got in, closed!!! Not good if mobility issues, hill city and beach access would be a no Entertainment 1 night other 6 nights not even background music - seriously lacking atmosphere Room was lovely - superior sea view - nice . Very clean, friendly maids daily - thank you Met the rep..... to be told , as end of season nothing open.... only 2 trips, bus service sporadic and not reliable, i said i noticed everywhere in town closed to eat except 2 places - again told it is end of season - not good if only b and b where would we eat - no ans to that , didnt even offer to see if we could upgrade to half board ....... that was level of info .... not very helpful in any way We were given no information re where the coach would collect us Very strange but ALL German coaches come to front of hotel to drop off and pick up , however if English... we got dropped off up the hill at hotel side and also picked ip from there - very odd as all coaches are same size , so puzzled as to why we had to hike up the hill with own cases , when if German it is door to door service - i will ask Jet 2 RABAC If weather iffy....... nothing to do.... spent £50 travelling to pula and back ... waste of time ... took more time to travel then spent there as buses are very random and if not wanting to be stranded with hefty taxi bill ... get to bus on time !!! Supermarkets .... limited stock ... end if season 3 bars currently open of a night and 2 restaurants, everything closed, things closing on daily basis .... aware end of season but not good Good points Beautiful place and prob in high season would be good .... however... pricey ... on a par with uk Hotel is clean , lovely staff , good breakfast , pool area nice ... however no entertainment, nothing in the day time ... bit of a ghost hotel.... if wanting atmosphere then dont come here . Not really good enough to say end if season.... as still happy to charge full price for everything . Recommendation - dont come early October Sorry but would not return to the hotel or Rabac

  Great place for family holidays

  Very nice hotel close to several small but very charming beaches. Great location for me was the biggest adventage. Spacy rooms and some of them with wonderful view on the sea. Very friendly staff, they speak fluently in several languages. Quite good food in HB option. Swimming pool with salt water.
