  Impecable estadía!

  Fue maravilloso descansar en la villa ! Solo que nadie nos dijo q no tenía servicio de limpieza ni cambio de toallas y artículos de aseo personal ! El personal fue amable pero ante nuestro reclamo solo contemplaron un día de los 5 de estadía . Si bien tiene todas las comodidades es importante saber con anticipación q no tiene régimen de hotel ! Todo esto debe ser aclarado antes de elegir ! Nosotros lo hicimos por Booking y no estaba especificado , también les reclamamos pero no lo pudieron resolver ! Más allá de este percance el lugar es maravilloso y muy recomendable ! Solo que esto debe ser aclarado con anticipación !

  Self Contained Units

  Firstly I think being advertised as a resort is a bit misleading dont get me wrong the unit we had was fantastic. It was very spacious and comfortable and had most things you required. A resort to me or the resorts I have stayed in a serviced daily and have dining facilities. We were booked at the Mirage for 10 days. In that 10 days your room does not get serviced at all so you have to wash your towels etc. if you want your bed changed which at home I do mine weekly you have to change the sheets yourself. I know it sounds a bit precious but when I go on holiday I dont want to be scrubbing toilets cleaning hand basins and changing sheets. It was disappointing there were no breakfast facilities. The other complaint is they need Foxtel or Netflix as TV is pretty ordinary at night. That is my only whinge about the unit. It was lovely and clean and had awesome views and was quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows were good. Toilet had to be flushed a couple of times to get paper down but that was ok. The unit has everything you need. Great size fridge and great air con. Bus service on the corner of Shute Harbour Rd and great Chinese restaurant over road. Airlie Beach only about 2km by foot and a lovely walk by the marina. I would maybe stay here again if it was for a week anything longer I might look elsewhere that is serviced regularly.

  Fantastic hotel & family holiday.

  We stayed at the hotel from 19/01/2021 - 26/012021 in a 2 bedroom Executive Apartment. The hotel room was brilliant with a stunning view. Facilities were excellent, hotel was a leisurely 20min walk from centre of Airlie Beach. Staff were very friendly & professional. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

  Checked in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and welcomed us (lady) room was okay and comfortable but the pool was not what we expected and quite dirty. Asked to clean the pool and it did, a large spider web near the kitchen, which was quite uncomfortable on it. The television should be updated with Netflix so that could enjoy it too. Asked for the hotel slipper but the receptionist guy told that needs to wait until tomorrow which what OK but it didnt show up until we checked out.

  Not for families

  While this is a lovely, clean appartment, it is not ideal for families. It is a long walk to any facilities. The cafe and restaurant were not open at all for our stay so we had to make the long walk into town for from the supermarket or the numerous cafes at Arlie Beach. THere was next to nothing to entertain the kids while the town had a huge water park. This was a lovely place to get away for couples but terrible for families with young children.
