  First Time with Mirage

  was excited before the trip and looking so much forward to my stay with Mirage after browsing thru about the property. Indeed, it was no where near to disappointment. Love the spacious and cleaniness of the apartment, friendly staff and service crew, the privacy and facilities! This stay with the property has made me decided that Mirage Residences Kuala Lumpur will be my 1st choice for all my future trips to Kuala Lumpur!!

  A lovely stay

  We checked into mirage for 4 nights, however we had pre-booked the apartment from the previous night so we could check in as soon as we arrived at 7:30 am. Mirage was in contact with me from a week ahead to ensure they were aware of our check in time. When we arrived at the property at 7:30am, we were greeted by a representative. Check in took only a few minutes. The apartment itself was lovely. Spacious, spotlessly clean and full of light. We booked the executive apartment which had 3 rooms. 2 ensuite and one with a washroom next to the bedroom. Housekeeping ensured that our towels were changed and the apartment was cleaned every day. There is plenty of utensils and pans for cooking, which makes group stays all the more convenient. A short walk away there is watsons followed by a few eateries and a 10 minute walk to the Petronas. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome relief. Although the pool was a little cold, bearable though. Check out process a only a slight delay , but once a representative got there, it was flawless. The property even kept our luggage until 5pm and let us access a few bathrooms before our flight. Mirage will be our number one choice when in KL. What a lovely stay with lovely staff. Flawless. Tip- access cards are required for every entry and exit to the property and pool/gym area and you are only given one key.

  I wouldn't go back

  Nice apartments in terms of aesthetics and space. Wifi good OK location but 10 minutes from trains and KLCC if you know the way Rubbish service though- didn't have air conditioning turned on when we arrived. Attendant all but disappeared when we needed her. There are plenty of better options in KL I feel. I would not go back

  Residence with no / worst service

  Honestly one of the worst service. As there is no regular staffs in the building, it takes time more than normally expected or sometimes no one appears even after your requests. Even if you would check out just at 10:00 am, no one might appear or at least you are supposed to wait for 30 mins or more. Because you cannot check out unless someone from the administrative company comes. We encountered many of unacceptable things. First, in order for my friend to check out, I contacted many time, in the morning, afternoon and 1 hour before check out on that day. But anyone never came there. So we wasted more than 2 hours because everywhere in KL is crowded after the evening time. Mu friend family almost missed the flight and we were supposed to give up dinner in the last day. After the hell, I had to apologize the reserved restaurant thanks to them. Second, in order for my room to check out, I put a message in the last night and asked them to have someone come to my room. But anyone never came to our room.

  Not advisable

  The three-room apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need. It is maintained daily. Location is not bad, about 700 meters from Petronas Towers. The main grief is the lack of a classical reception, so communication with the hotel is very difficult. The building has excellent security and security workers are very helpful, which in turn reduces the reception gap. We had great problems in communicating with the hotel due to airplane delay and that is why we would not use this facility anymore even the room rates are very reasonable.
