  No entiendo las buenas críticas hacia éste hotel

  +El hotel está céntrico y tienes todo a mano. -Llegamos a las 20h00 al hotel después de un día agotador y nos atiende un señor que no habla ni una palabra de inglés. Nos asigna una habitación que resulta que tenía una fuga de agua de la nevera importante y a consecuencia de eso se había estropeado la electricidad. Avisamos al señor y me dice que va a avisar al electricista, que en 15mntos está solucionado. Después de esperar 15mntos bajo nuevamente a recepción, ya que estábamos en una habitación oscura sin ver nada y me dice que el electricista tardará una hora que está en el mar muerto. Le pido que si no puede asignarnos otra habitación que no podemos estar más de una hora esperando a oscuras y que queremos ducharnos, cenar, cargar los móviles, etc.,y me dice que el hotel está lleno, pero que tranquila que el se hace cargo. Yo al final ya me mosquee y le dije que no podemos estar tanto tiempo esperando a que ellos solucionen el problema, si llega a tener arreglo, además, que ocurre si no se llega a solucionar el problema. Al final, el señor por no aguantarme nos asignó otra habitación (se suponía que el hotel estaba lleno). Cuando pasamos a las 23h y algo por las escaleras estaba el electricista, imagínense si seguimos esperando. -El hotel no tiene ascensor y tiene 3 plantas, así que recomiendo no llevar equipaje pesado, ya que lo tienes que cargar tu mismo parriba. -El desayuno muy pobre, no hay fruta, sólo sandía y muy poca oferta. -La sábana bajera de la cama tenía un agujero enorme.

  ERROR AL FIARME DE SU PUNTUACION

  No entiendo muy bien la puntuación de otros huéspedes. Me he hospedado solo una noche en el pasado mes de junio y resalto la buena situación del hotel, céntrico, la habitación amplia y limpia y cama cómoda, aunque con una sabana cubre colchón con una rotura bastante amplia en el centro. Es un hotel incomodo, ya que carece de ascensor y en ningún momento nadie nos ayudó a subir ni a bajar maletas hasta el tercer piso. El desayuno, deja muchísimo que desear, con poca variedad y de mala calidad. El señor de la recepción no habla ingles, por lo que debimos comunicarnos a través de Google Translate NO VOLVERÉ

  Enjoyed our stay in Fethiye

  Lovely hotel in the midst of the shopping area of the old town, close enough to all the attractions in the old town (harbor, dolmus stop, Telmessos). You could park the car at the nearby car parking (costs 35 Lira for 24 hours - about $6/day). The room was spacious with a cool neon lighting around the bathroom. Couple of negatives: air conditioning was a bit weak, and the rooms don't have the balcony - but after all, you are in the midst of the city in the narrow street. The breakfast was awesome, the most varied breakfast that we've had in our 2 week trip, and the staff was very helpful, full of smiles. Highly recommended!

  Not happy

  I don't like giving 1 star ratings but I emailed the hotel for a quote on an airport transfer from Dalaman airport to the hotel. In the meantime I organised my own transfer so sent the hotel an email advising I would no longer require the transfer and got an email back saying they would advise the driver. When we arrived there was a man with my name which I thought it was the transfer I had organised. When we arrived at the hotel the man asked for payment, I explained I have already paid then the transfer company demanded payment and I should take this up with the hotel which I tried to do. I explained to the man on reception what happened and that the hotel was responsible for not having cancelled the driver as they said they would do in the email. I asked repeatedly to speak to the manager but the day manager and night manager just shrugged their head. So I have paid an extra 35 euro and the hotel is taking no responsibility. Again I don't like leaving a 1 star rating, the hotel otherwise was clean and breakfast was very good.

  A lovely hotel near the boardwalk

  We were in Fethiye in the middle of February during our trip to the cities of the Aegean region. For a night we decided to stay at a hotel and chose Minu Hotel due to its location which is close to the sea front and the city centre as well. The hotel inside is lovely designed in light colours, the room was absolutely clean and provided with the necessary toiletries, slippers, towels etc. The workers of the hotel are undoubtedly kind people who are eager to help with a piece of advice or any request whenever it's needed. Speaking of the breakfast, there was a rich choice of options including traditional Turkish breakfast, cereals, muffins, handmade cakes, fresh fruits, dry fruits and nuts, juices, tea, coffee and so on! To sum up, the hotel is a nice place to stay at, so I definitely recommend it to everyone who is searching for a hotel in Fethiye.
