I would recommend this cosy hotel!

My friend and me spent 7 days in June in this lovely place. In reality the hotel looks much better than in photos. The food was very delicious, the room was enough spacious and clean. The owner of this hotel was smiling every time when he saw us. Talking about Crete this island worth visiting because of its mountains and Mediterranean Sea. The are a lot of places like Balos beach or Gramvousa Tower. With best regards Ingrida and Julius Lithuania

Never ever go there, it is horrible

Room was dirty ( ants all over) , food was as bad and poor as you could not imagine. Dirty chitchen ( dirtiest which I ever seen), food not for human consumption. We stay 7 nights but it was the first time when we want to escape from that horrible place. 4 stars hotel? Never ever, maybe 2, all inclusive is a dream for all the guests. I hope that the Greek autorities will shut down that horrible place asap. PS Situated near the airport it is a very noisy place, jets flight 24/7, almost impossible to sleep normally. PPS Sorry for my english.

    Terrible hotel

The worst place you could imagine to spend a relaxing holiday in. The food was terrible and they refused to give us drinks even if it is claimed to be an all inclusive hotel. The kitchen was dirty. At 9:30 PM the bar closes and they dont't even allow tourists to sit at their tables. We got a drink from the market because the hotel bar was closed at 9:30 and they told us we are not allowed to drink it at their table and to go up in our room. I could talk about it for a long time but I find it too frustrating to think about all the details. It's the worst hotel, do not go there!

    VERY VERY BAD

The room was dirty and smelled bad The kitchen was very dirty I stayed in the all-inclusive regime, but the food is not varied and at breakfast there were no drinks except coffee or tea from the dispenser and a bowl of water that was empty almost all the time because the bar was open between 11:30 - 21:30 hours in the evening, after closing the bar, there was no water to drink because there were no dispensers or refrigerators, but you could buy a 6 water bottle from the reception I had to choose between 2 dishes of meat, rice and some pasta , in the rest there were 2 types of salads, and in the desert only watermelon One day my girlfriend wanted to take 2 beers from the bar, one for her and one for me, then the barman told her she could not give him 2 beers if I went to get it, because this is the rule, only one for each person The bathroom was all rusty and the window was in the hallway, so if I opened it I would see it all in the bathroom I only received one soap all over the stay, no I changed my bedding once for the entire stay there was a current in the wall, probably was once a socket .. there was a drain under the table, there was probably a sink there ... The air conditioning smelled bad, I communicated twice to the reception but nobody did anything about it The refrigerator in the room was full of rust Is not a 3 * hotel. maybe 1 * I do not recommend !!!
