    # When i reached the manager lady didnt recognize my agoda printed paid booking slip. # I tried to explain them that i paid through agoda and i travel the world and book all my hotels through agoda as they are the best. I always travel and book any hotels around the world round the year through agoda.com. They dont want to listen to me. # They took my credit card with which i book and printed the slip of agoda.com booking suddenly i saw them swiping my international credit card without asking me once again as they thought i didnt pay to agoda.com and they were thinking my booking doesnt exists through agoda.com # I had a hell of a time explaining them that agoda.com doesnt make any mistakes they are the best and i always travel by booking hotels through them and prepaid system through my credit card. # They only speak English and they don't want to listen to me. Suddenly i found a guy who works in there restaurant to explain the manager and front desk officers that i already paid and not to swipe my card again and to return my card and contact agoda.com to check my bookings and paid slip. They were so arrogant and doesn't want to listen to me. # They guy came in lots of handy he tried to understand me then he explained the manager lady what i was trying to explain though the guy didnt understand that much English but at least he stopped her from swiping my card again to billed me twice. # Suddenly they found my booking and paid slip in there email and they were satisfied and also the incident happened around 12.30 midnight and around 1 am until they got the confirmation from agoda.com payment machine they made me go crazy in the reception and i had to literally speak in English words like i was fighting for my room bookings and payments as they seemed least bothered whether i was standing there for all this hrs. # The room they gave me was a Delux room with no good window or view and a master bed. # I entered the room then suddenly i remembered that i requested for twin beds as we were two business colleagues will be staying in same room. # I went down to reception and ask them to change and explain them in many ways i need a twin sharing business suites. after 30 mins of sign language i made them understand and they gave me a business twin sharing bed room. # Suddenly when i was in new room i realize its not the room i paid for. I paid for a business executive suite room which is the most expensive room in the hotel and best with living space and all. Thanks to agoda.com for the pictures. I straight forward went through there website and double checked the booking and website pictures through agoda.com and was sure they gave me the wrong room. # This time when i went to the reception it was almost 3 am and i found a chinese guy young and little bit english he can speak i showed him my laptop and told him in english that i need my room for which i paid for and i need a business executive suite. He double checked and was sorry for the mistake his colleagues did in last two hrs with me. # From this time onward i got the perfect suite and all the breakfast coupons and all facilities were given to me in advance and was in good condition. # Rest of the days i stayed for 7 nights and 8 days was awesome as whenever i needed anything i just searched for this guy and he helped me to solve the problems during my stay in the hotel. # I just wish they should hire more English speaking guys as they consider themselves 4 star which they need to handle international clients. Otherwise they shouldn't let anyone from abroad book rooms except Chinese people. # The Foods are not that good. Too much oily. Breakfast good for Chinese only very bad choice of foods for international customers. # Just the best part is awesome Business executive suites.
