  Can you give a place 10 stars???

  Although this hotel's a little dated as to carpet & decoration, it is run by the most fabulous staff that it should have 10 stars!! Sawa Nobody (afraid I am not spelling his name correctly), the manager is one of the most giving person we've ever met. He was always on hand to personally serve the coffee, ensure that the food was hot & fresh, that the rooms were perfect, the temperature was perfect. And friendly to boot. We were there for a dance weekend. Lovely setting, lovely dance floor, & just overall wonderful!! Highly recommend this hotel for any type of business or vacation visit!!

  Outdated hotel with excellent onsen

  The rooms are very spacious. Unfortunately they look old and outdated. There is no in room wifi or english tv channel. Their food is just OK, nothing special. I didn't try onsen but my friend said its excellent. This would be a good place for one who wanna experience authentic japan. Not good for modern style travelers.
