  Entre Bates Motel y Spiderman.

  Mobiliario muy parecido, y me atrevería a decir que casi de la misma época, que la película "Psicosis". Tienen un grave problema con las arañas y con la limpieza. ¿Hay arañas porque no limpian? ¿O no limpian porque hay arañas?

  Quick visit

  Originally booked as we were guests at a wedding in Dunkeld. Unfortunately the wedding was cut to close family only due to the current Covid regulations. The hotel was a fine example of Victorian architecture. Staff courteous and polite. Room clean and cosy. The showerhead either needed cleaning or replaced. Apart from that a good hot shower. Booked a table in the hotel for dinner. Steaks cooked to our liking. Only ourselves and one other couple in the restaurant. The barman explained that some of the other guests had had takeaway delivered from next door so they could have a drink with their food in their rooms. Breakfast hit the spot. Thank you to all staff we had contact with. Good luck in the future with all the current restrictions being placed on you.

  Worst manager ever

  Bald guy who runs the bar is always so rude and goes out his way to be as unhelpful as possible he loves getting orders completely wrong and being as annoying as possible. Every time I have been here. Its consistently terrible

  Lovely hotel

  Just had an overnight stay here. Staff, rooms and food were all great. The rooms are freshly redecorated and bathrooms redone also. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too, got there 2 hours early so chanced it to see if the rooms were ready and we got to check in early. The food was good, I recommend the breaded camembert starter was delicious! Giving 5 stars as I read some reviews before going and it was a lot better than expected! Breakfast was also lovely, a family member had the smoked haddock with poached egg which she keeps raving about.

  Tired Hotel needs better maintenance

  The Hotel looks tired inside, Carpets are worn and badly fitted, Stair treads are scratched and chipped. Bedroom needs refurbished. Positives: Good Breakfast, friendly staff. Negatives: Avoid Room 315, room was in need of refurbishment as was the rest of the hotel. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Shortage of drawer space. (only bedside cabinets). Toilet didn't flush right. Raditor didn't work, didn't need to as heat came from large central heating pipe that ran from wall to wall and belched out heat making the room too warm. Bath Shower Screen leaked, Bath panel was swollen and peeling due to water damage. Flat Screen TV was tiny (20"). Carpet was worn out, was coming away from the carpet grippers at the wall. Flooding on Fire Exit stairwell.
