  Terrible

  Terrible stained carpet with cigarette burns, springy bed, lumpy pillows, stained towels, and blinds do not work properly, I shouldve gone to Travelodge. I will not stay again. Landlady was ok, guesthouse is in a great location for the town but shame it was smelly and rotten

  it is what it is

  i stayed in room 12 19th to 22nd June and it was comfortable clean looks like new bathroom very helpfull owners if i was the owners i would charge 100 deposit and if some one spilt winr or broke some thing charge them as it is customers who reck these places and show no respect

  Very clean, paid parking though

  I arrived in Hastings with my partner on the 27th of September in the afternoon. As soon as we checked in, I wanted to know where is the parking as I was certain the symbol was light up on booking.com, nonetheless I was told I have to pay for it everywhere as no other guest house would have a private one. We ended up paying for it before 18 PM, yet if youre lucky, there are few slots available and free between 18 PM - 9 AM in the front of the guest house. The level of cleanliness was stunning. This deserves an 11/10. No dust (Im highly allergic and an OCD person with that), loved the window (which was open allowing the fresh air to come in prior to our arrival) exactly above the few parking spots as it offered us a reassurance throughout the night (could see our car), the white sheets and towels smelling rather cotton fresh and the tea & coffee options offered in the room. The check in/out process was easy and straightforward. The only downside of this guest house is the lack of free parking slots throughout the day. As an overall, Ill give it a 5* because cleanliness is of utmost importance for me though.

  Don't bother !!!!

  Booked room room 2 was not good went for a sleep woke and went to toilet just to be soaked from the shower above got completely drenched!!!! Lovely not!!! I thought is was a thunder Storm with just as much water!!!!! Had to wait 20 minutes to be let in by a foreign black person who gave the impression I was disturbing his sleep!!! Don't waste your time or your money ,Go elsewhere¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (((((

  DO NOT BOTHER !!

  When I knocked on the door marked as a reception, I have realised that was someone's bedroom. The gentleman in charge seemed to be one of the residents himself. He opened the door and asked for immediate payment. He was not very interested to help - I have interrupted his online game session connected to his tv set. Very professional.
