    Terminos generales bien

    no es un hotel en pleno Downtown ni el más lujoso de Nashville, sin embargo tiene un ambiente acogedor y en cierto grado vintange. Ciertamente la falta más cuidado en el mantenimiento, algunos marcos de puertas carecen ya de pintura y ciertas paredes igual se notan descarapeladas. Cuenta con servicio de transporte hacia el Downtown ida y vuelta con hoararios muy flexibles. Las habitaciones son cómodas sin llegar a ser algo espectacular.

    Nice stay

    So after reading the mixed reviews of good and bad on this hotel,I was a little apprehensive to stay here but my husband and I went ahead.It was a decent and clean hotel.I guess people are picky about different things but none of the things people listed in their reviews(needing updated,doesnt look like the pictures shown,elevators not working,etc) did not bother me one bit because we were there for one night.Like I said,it was clean,the beds were comfortable,rooms had good space(probably bigger than Ive ever experienced) and I thought the hotel had character instead of looking at it like it was old..Everything I read in other reviews such as the floor having a small gap when getting on the elevator(you weren't going to fall through it or anything,geesh),yes there was one elevator working but there was never a line to wait,its funny I read that there actually was a small wad of paper in the peep hole and this actually was true but who cares? The tub did drain a little bit but that was fixed once I made sure the tub stopper was completely pulled up.No this hotel is not the 5 star Marriot or high end hotel but it wasn't a low budget motel either. If you are picky about little things,I suggest you not stay here but if you want a clean,decent,comfortable stay with a beautiful lobby,this hotel is for you.Also the check in clerk,I believe her name was Lademia or something to that effect was so nice and talked to us like she had known us for years,she even let us check in early since the room was available.Thanks Millennium for a nice stay!

    Disaster

    I showed up and was a little taken a back looking at the place. It is not what you see in photos. No fitted sheets. Dirty. My reservation wasnt found and they made me wait in the lobby for an hour. The clerk at the front desk was fighting with someone who sees to be a homeless person who was sitting in the lounge. She threatened to call the police and things escalated quickly. There was cussing and a whole lot of tension. Terrible handling from the hotel. The Elevators dont work so if you need to use one, be prepared to use the service elevators which are dirty and falling apart. They also have a minimum requirement of 7 people in the elevator which is super strange bc I dont see how you can fit 7 people in them. Hello Covid! The restaurant is closed due to Covid. And as you can see in the photos, theyre not really concerned about your health. I dont think theyre sanitizing tareas properly. I didnt see one cleaning person during my time there. Not even in the morning during check out. Super sketchy place. I dont recommend it and I wont be coming back.

    Great hotel,amazing staff

    I absolutely love this place.me and my 4 yr old son have been having to stay here few nites a wk because of renovating our house.its like our 2nd home now.Amanda front desk mornings/daytime is great.she really is awesome.overnite front desk wrkr Ladeema she is probably one of the nicest people ive ever met.Every worker ive come across at this hotel is super nice.The hospitality at this hotel makes it so special and worth any money spent.Rooms r very spacious,beds r very comfy,bathtubs r big,bath towels r big and fluffy.Nothing at all bad to say about this hotel or staff.If i could give 8 stars I would.

    AWFUL

    THE STAFF is not friendly . Amanda was working the front desk and has no compassion nor public relations skills. where is CUSTOMER SERVICE and kindness? not here. no free breakfast. for the poor condition of the hotel, the least they could do is treat guests well and be friendly, and serve breakfast. this hotel is inexpensive, but other hotels at this pricepoint are much much better.
