  Very Dirty Rooms

  Booked this hotel for me and my sister in law for the weekend, we were attending a Wedding nearby. When I walked into my room it immediately smelled like urine. Then I looked around, bathtub had long black hairs in it, bathmat had pubic hair on it, floors had hair everywhere. Then as I walked around the room the carpet was dirty, had toenails and food around. Pillow case had a huge stain on it. My sister in laws room, was dirty also, looked like blood on the air conditioner, and there was food on the chairs, huge stain on the couch. We stayed there that night scared. In the morning we checked out, the manager wanted to see the room, he then proceeded to tell me I was to picky! He said four star hotels have dirt on their floors. I told him I had stayed in many four star hotels and they did not. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

  More like a 2.5

  Got this online and checked in very late at night. Price was average, and no other availability close, so finding a place to get a few hours sleep was great. The bad, was purchasing a non-smoking room and most definitely was put in one. I knew right away, but thought I could sleep through it (and did). However, my luggage and everything still stinks to high heavens of old stale smoke. I always check the beds and the sheets were clean and no sign of critters, so knew I could handle it. There were stains on the mattress but nothing I couldn't handle, but oddly, the mattress pad was a twin or full put on a king bed. This meant there was a bump for both my spouse to lay on while sleeping. I would DEFINITELY recommend they put on mattress covers (the kind that would prevent stains or "other"). Stains on the couch made me nervous to sit on, and we put our belongings on hard surfaces only. The free breakfast was one you would expect in this style of motel... waffle machine, cereal I believe and biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. The check in clerk was very friendly, but the motel needs some updating and cleaning. Because there is little along this route, we are happy to have found it, but it leaves a lot to be desired. Quiet area.

  Nasty!!!

  We had a suite here and it was NASTY!!!! There were bugs in our room. I left my suitcase in the floor while we were out for a bit and when I returned there were bugs crawling all over my clothes inside my open suitcase. We had bugs crawling up the wall and in the bathroom floor. The inside of the hotel smelled HORRIBLE!!!! When we walked into the hallway from our room it was almost unbearable. The bedspread was visibly dirty also. The staff did not care at all when telling them of the problems. We had a reservation for 2 nights but checked out early after the first night. The manager said I could not get my money back. The filth outweighed getting my money back. We could not bear to stay there another night. My daughter was scared to sleep in her bed there because of the bugs so she slept between her dad and I. We had a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. So we had to haul our very heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. It was truly an awful experience.

  BED BUGS

  Stayed only for the night on the way to TX for a BMT graduation and couldnt sleep due to the couple of bed bugs we found crawling on the bed sheets and pillows. Breakfast runs from 6am-9:30am, lacked quality and quantity as food ran out by 6:30.

  DONT STAY HERE

  Oh. My. God... So there were three smeared blood stains on the bathroom wall. There were literal TIRE TRACKS on my pillow. Let me know how that happens... I have never stayed anywhere scarier. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there was no shower or tub, just a curtain to separate the shower from regular floor. Wow it was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. Save yourself and stay in Laurel instead.
