  WORST EXPERIENCE

  On the day of my booking which I already paid for and made 1 month in advance they told me on the day of my supposed stay that they had to relocate me or cancel my booking. I was already on my way to hotel at this point. They told me they were fully booked and had some issues with the room (aka they overbooked). I had no choice as it was extremely last minute and had to ask for relocation, they relocated my to a different city entirely. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Thanks Zen Rooms. NEVER AGAIN!

  Christmas Party with Friends

  Room is spaceous, check-in procedure is fast, room is already cleaned so no need to wait for awhile. Place is quite close to malls (edsa shang-rila, SM Megamall, Starmall). A lot of convenience store is close too. When booking a reservation for a room, they have allotted a free parking space if you provide them information that you have a vehicle. Service flash dial to front-desk and hotel service is not available since there is a change on numbers and you have to add number 8 first. Lighting to the entertainment area is so dim at night, I hoped that the brightness of the light can be adjusted.

  Nice family-sized condo unit for the price!

  My office gave me and my colleagues a My office provided common accommodation via Zen Rooms for our overnight business trip in Pasig City. The place was conveniently near restaurants, cafeterias, and convenience stores. It was also far from the main highway which was good (being quiet and relatively clean neighborhood). The unit itself was surprisingly spacious with 3 bedrooms (2 with queen-sized beds and their own bathrooms, and one single bed without bathroom), a furnished living room, and furnished kitchen with cooking/eating utensils. We were at the 34th floor so it took a while to wait and go up and down the busy elevators. I would recommend the place if you are traveling with family or a group and if you've no issue with heights.

  The Security Table in Front of the Hotel was a Turnoff

  We had a late flight and we arrived at about 9pm. We approached the reception outside thinking it was already the receptionist of the hotel. Then we were told to manually log-in on a timeworn logbook. We were then advised to head to the 24th floor because that's where the zen rooms are located. When we got inside, we saw a reception counter. I don't know about the arrangements the management has but the reception below was just a turnoff. Location was okay. Near the big and prestigious shopping malls. Rooms were worth it. But I won't be recommending this hotel to my friends unless those that are around it were fully booked already.

  Mix of old and new

  Booked this place overnight through Zen Rooms. Located within the Ortigas business center, the place is so worth it considering it is priced lower than the average price of a studio type room in a 3-star hotel. It has one room with a Queen size bed and two single beds in the living area. Overall, you pay for one room thats good for four adults! It also has a big fridge, full kitchen and utensils good for four. Fine prints: - Need to lighten up the place. It has cool white lights in the living and bed rooms but not enough. The place looks dark and gloomy - like a scary movie film. - Need to update the furnitures and curtains. It complements the scary movie theme of the rooms lighting and smells very old. Overall, I will return to this place because of its location and the size of the room and its amenities.
