  thank you alex and team you have done wonders with this hotel what a diffrence from the old one keep working your magic the new bedding and towels u can tell were brand new nice touch with name hotel on towels a few tweeks needed as u said yourself alex but your doing a grand job new food menu was great bit more meat on the scewers please but cooked to perfection hotel was that nice we will defo be returning thanks alex and all the staff see you all soon MRS A LEWIS

  Family holiday

  We stayed at the severina appartments didn't know what to expect but it was so lovely rooms so nice staff friendly coudnt fault it plenty of sun beds little shop near by restaurant with nice food couldn't fault it will be back

  What an experience

  Booked this quaint family hotel for a last minute break ....what an experience one I would not want to repeat. Staff very unfriendly and unwelcoming by the end of the stay we couldnt wait to leave as they made it very clear they were coming to end of season as sun beds & tables disappeared daily as each guest checked out. By the Saturday there was no food in the kitchens if you wanted to buy a meal from the restaurant. The one time we ate there

  Cheap as chips

  Not a great start, having arrived late evening to find no staff around and reception closed, but thankfully things did get better. By the next day we had been moved to an apartment overlooking the pool. The room was clean and was well equipped with cooking utensils in the kitchen. This was our first trip to Bulgaria and I was pleasantly surprised how cheap everything was. On the occasions we ate at the hotel complex I was more than satisfied with the quality of the food served. The gym at the complex is an outside fitness apparatus area where you exercise against your own bodyweight ( regular users will know what I mean). Sadly this equipment is in dire need of an upgrade but again its not everyones choice to use a gym n holiday! Overall it was very nice with room for improvement

  Un lieu excellent!

  The Severina Hotel has a very good location in Sunny Beach - 5 min away from the beach! This summer I was there for the second time. The staff is very friendly! The swimming pool is big enough for swimming. The food in the restaurant very delicious! It's clean and cozy. I definitely recommend this wonderful place for a summer holiday! :)
