  FRAUD

  Unfortunately the worse experience in Zanzibar. Everything they offer in their website is a FRAUDE/LIE. SERVICE 24h There is not 24h service: lunch and dinner they force you to demand it at the time they say, if you want to eat from menu they offer daily you have to tell them about 5h before you want to eat (for lunch you have to tell them t breakfast/ for dinner at lunch)...so you are force to organize your day at breakfast time...that is not give us freedom and 24h service to decide what we want anytime s they offer in web If you want something after 10pm there is no service at villa...so forget about a gin tonic under stars... BREAKFAST INCLUDED: They bring yogurt first.. eggs and toast before coffee or tea...so when you want to start eating all is cold....no variety of juices as they offer or bread or nothing just what they have that day....no variety of anything as they offer on the web......incredible FRAUD for 2.500 we payed for 6 days... Cleaning: after 5 days we realized all barhroom bins were not removed so the 5th day started a very bad smell in all the house and cockroachs started to appear all inside the villa as it is normal if they do not clean...,disgusting HOUSE: They sell a villa for 10 There are only 2 normal rooms with king bed The other 2 big beds are on top of the house but they are in the same space and totally open roof...that would work if you are like me an adventure person but..,.the place is full of crows that continuously try to pick everything and bats ....so personally totally uncomfortable and of course not suitable for children or people who need to rest or like cleaning/ hygienic spaces...and we do and more for 400/day The other 2 single beds are where the living room should be so open to everything and everybody with just single white courtains so light comes in all time. Impossible to sleep there and force you to have meals always outside even if rains or you are sick ...not counting with all mosquitoes that in this country is normal. But forget about deciding where to have meals as they offer. They have to be yo want or not, outside. For the rest, the views, swimming pool and the decoration is beautiful and exotic as in pictures of the web. The Massage Service I just booked once. Yesterday. I wanted the more expensive one 60 dollars to try and because I was very tired after a day at hospital because a gastroenteritis I got suddenly during my stay here also my husband. Massage was with lots of kind of oils and finished with Indian Brad massage...well, the massage was with coconut oil and I had to tell her stopped when she tried to make the Indian massage she had no idea at all. When I asked her effectively she recognized to have no idea of that kind of massage and she told me she only knew normal African massage and only coconut....so again a FRAUDE. There is no variety as the offer in the spa menu. THE OWNER: What can I say of someone that has demonstrated he do not care at all of your person...he just looks for the money... A smile example: The day we had the emergency we woke up with fever and both shaking asking please help to take us quickly to hospital ...,they took us but ....,when check out we realized he charged us 50$ for that!!!! We do not expect him to be a friend or anything but.. I think with this example you will see the kind of person he is. Observation: In his transfers price list you can see a transfer to Nungwi go and back for 1-6 pax is 30$... I leave it there Maybe if you do not have any problems during your stay you do not feel of all this or you just decide is not worth to be angry all time ....but there is exactly in this cases, when problems, when you can see the real kind of service/ manager there is in this Villa. Observation: When back from hospital I tried to ask this man Hannes, and after the horrible/ scary time you can understand I was a bit nervous and dissapointed with massage and the charge of 50$ etc...so I recognized my manners were not the best... he even shouted at me... my husband, nearly lost his nerves seeing this but we managed to control ourselves And this happened today when check out: We just asked Hannes the manager to give us an invoice as we payed 2.355$ in advance before we arrived through our company in Spain... we also asked for the reclamation sheets..... WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY OF THIS and we are at airport trying first friendly to recieve at least the invoice for not take legal actions. He do not even answer to mails or watsapp. We just leave it there for you all Thanks for everything and hope never meet you again Hennes Mónica Miró García & Gastón Garmendia López

  Great stay, as expected

  I have stayed in Milele Villas about 2 years ago with my family and we really loved the place. Thats why we decided to visit again. Again we stayed in Villa Tatu and again we had a great time. Just like last time, the manager, Hannes, as well as the waiters Haji and Mohamed, took care of us, going the extra mile to satisfy our wishes and to make us feel comfortable, you could even say home. Delicious food and individual service, just as expected from our previous stay, again provided that relaxed atmosphere which lets you calm down, recharge your batteries and which we enjoyed so much during our first stay. The bigger my surprise when I found that latest review, apparently posted by the guests who stayed at the other villa at the same time (we heard her shouting as far as our villa, but not the manager). Of course we dont know what actually happened, but having stayed there twice, the managers response sounds much more credible than the actual review. Why would he treat other guests so badly? Anyway, we are not the ones to judge, this is just our feeling based on 2 wonderful stays at Milele Villas. Keep it up guys. We love the place and well be back for sure.

  Hakuna Matata

  We recently stayed at one of the two Milele Villas (Tatu) for 22 days and we had a fantastic time! We would highly recommend this establishment for folks looking for a cosy and relaxing retreat to recharge. Let me summarize the various positive aspects: Location: Fronts a secluded coral beach away from tourists and touts. Short drive away from the best beaches in the north. Close to a couple of caves and a cute little indigenous animals zoo Staff: The staff are non-intrusive but friendly. They are genuinely caring and try their best to make you have a good time. Villa: It is spacious, has a small salt water pool, many bed and a spacious front yard with outdoor dining and a fabulous circular swing bed for the kids. The bathrooms were clean and well laid out. Food: The kitchen staff cooked healthy, plentiful and delicious meals as per our request. They were very open to feedback and enthusiastic to meet our needs. We were a group of adults and many kids and all felt well-nourished. Manager: He is a quiet, caring and non-intrusively attentive manager. He did not try to price gouge for every little bit of extras here and there. He also made us feel very safe in that secluded location. Extras: They have a relationship with a reliable taxi operator who owns a comfortable and clean vehicle and we loved his team of drivers who emphasized on Hakuna Matata for everything. We hope to return there someday!

  The paradise come true

  A unique place on earth - its like being in paradise. The traditional house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. Personalized and very kind service for meals and various possibilities for tours (snorkeling, traditional village and cave, local aquarium, etc).

  We had a great time staying at the excellent Milele Villa

  The Milele villa is absolutely stunning. The building is a true authentic masterpiece. It's spacious, has lots of rooms, a private pool, a sandy garden and the sea behind it. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy life. The experience is boosted by the staff. You get a personal 'butler', massage is included and cleaning and security are taken care of. Feels like paradise!
